Convienent location

This is the 3rd time we have rented from Ms Meyers, the units are always clean and she is easy to contact. Easy check in and out We will be using her unit again next year

Great place, very spacious

Nice place with good parking and plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Friends and I enjoyed the balcony and comfort. Only downside is it is a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk.

Went do to wildwood for bcmf with family and friend the rental was excellent location and in great condition would definitely stay again next year for the festival it was nice having the elevator to bring up and down everything perfect place for families

Great location. Second time renting

The property and owners were wonderful. This is the second year in a row we have rented this property and it probably won’t be the last. it is a good location, walkable to the beach/boardwalk and parking was easy. Great for 10 guests!

Super clean, lots of space

This property was perfect for our group of 9 guests! It was very clean, lots of space and seating and just a 7min walk to the beach/boardwalk. It has food and activities near by and it was easy and free to park our 5cars on the street and driveway. Would stay here again!

Family beach trip

Met Connie once we pulled in, she was super sweet and helpful. Perfect view of fireworks from balcony. Walking distance to beach/boardwalk and mini golf for the kiddos. The condo was great for multiple families to spend the weekend.

It's was a nice place but the unit I rented was on the third floor, That was my only issue. We had our girls weekend there and the lady did not bother us one bit.

Quick Covid getaway

We needed a quick getaway for a few nights. The condo was exactly as described. There were a few issues but we contacted the host and they responded right away. Easy enough to park closer to beach then to walk the four blocks. This suited our needs of an extended family.

Nice property, difficulty parking

The property is as pictured and was clean. It was nice to find a property that included towels and linens as this seems rare in this area. Parking is definitely difficult with this property. While there is a garage, all parking is single lane which makes it difficult because you have to move cars around often. Street parking is also very hard to come by.

Central location for boardwalk and beach

This is a casual place, not fancy. It has everything you need including laundry, full kitchen, great patio with views. One bedroom had foldout couch which unfortunately was broken and the room with bunks had no AC, just a very noisy fan. All in all it’s a great place for a group of friends or a family. Very nice owners. Quiet with windows shut. Otherwise a pretty busy area in summer.

Interesting

Wildwood is a retro different area. The kids loved it and it grew on me. This home was a walk from the Boardwalk but centrally located. The teens went to the gym , boardwalk and had no problem with the walk. I was a tad concerned about the neighborhood but no one bothered us and it ended but being very quiet.

Family stay in Wildwood

Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner seemed readily available and the property seemed to have some recent updates. My only suggestions for improvement would be to have fresh soap bars (or better yet pump soap) in ALL the showers and bathrooms as well as bathroom hooks and towel racks. Another bath mat in master bath would be great too. Extra hooks for bathing suits and towels would be appreciated by all the beach-goers. We appreciated the fact that we didn’t need to bring linens or towels. Check in and out very easy!

Just okay

When we arrived at the property I realized that the location was across the street from an unkempt apartment complex. The residents were loud and out all hours of the night, one man was even sigging in the trash to separate recyclables and yelling at how he was in the Vietnam War and should kill who ever combined the garbage. There was one parking spot and then hard to find street parking, which again due to the location left me sceptical. Once inside the building, the elevator was broken so we had to carry all of our belongings up several flights of stairs. Inside the condo, there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and all of the bathrooms had to be cleaned before use. It was as if no one cleaned prior to our arrival. The hot water was also not working, but Connie responded quickly by having her husband come fix it. Lastly, there is a board missing in the floor on the balcony that my daughter almost twisted her ankle on. Despite the geographical location, this property would be pretty nice with some minor details taken care of.

Hi Veronica, The motel across the street is kept up and the maintenance man is a product of Veit Nam with some mental issues. He takes care of the recycling of trash and garbage. We never advertised the elevator although there is one . We just had it repaired and it was supposed to be functional but we do not advertise it with an elevator. I had inspected the condo and found it to be clean and even notified you that you could arrive early. The dishes were left from the previous guests and was washed. I hope you had a wonderful time at the classic car show and Irish Weekend. Thank you for coming.

Big condo with lots of amenities

Condo itself is huge. Living area oddly laid out and the furniture is too big and dark and cold. Not a beach vibe at all but exactly as shown in the pictures. Lots and lots of amenities, towels, toilet paper, cleaning stuff. Tons of towels. Lots of supplies. But no curb appeal. Front has tons of garbage blowing around. Lots of weeds and even though they don't advertise a back yard you can see it from the window and its gross. Unkempt weeds & closed pool. Garage area has tons of stuff in it. Hallway stinks so so bad. Deck missing a board and an outlet needs to have a cover. Its dangerous and unsafe. The wall are all white and not a single picture . No decor or homey feel. Unfortunately the neighborhood is not good. It's about 2 blocks off the tourist area. 2 blocks too many inland. Neighborhood is run down and not very safe. Some strange guy tried to confront my son in the middle of the afternoon when he was walking back to the house. Master bathroom shower curtain hooks need replacing. They don't slide on the pole that they are on.The wifi only works in the front half of the house which is a big deal nowadays with people working and schooling remotely. Need wifi in the whole house. Someone kept unlocking the front door and propping it open with the deadbolt. That is dangerous. I locked it everytime we left and so should everyone else. And the door handle to the condo itself is getting loose and not catching right so you have to slam it to close it and get it to catch. I hope I didn't upset the neighbors by slamming the door early in the morning. Parking was a problem once. The downstairs person parked over the line and people park illegally on the street partially blocking the drive making it nearly impossible to get into the spot. Good house overall if you could just pick it up and move it a few blocks east that would be better and do a little minor maintenance inside.

Thank you for staying with us at 202 West Roberts Avenue Condo. We really hope you had a good time and made memories. When we built the 4 condos and 4 townhouses we tried to make them all different. Sorry you didn't like the darker wood and decor. The distance to the beach we cannot change but we appreciate your recommendations and we are taking them seriously. Family Beach Vacation

Had a great time!! Place was wonderful! Owners were very helpful and gave immediate attention to any issues we had. Only downside was that we were three floors up with no elevator.. Parking was available for one vehicle in garage and for additional vehicles on street where found available. Place was amazing for my family, very clean, very stocked, in close proximity to grocery store and local shopping places. Was a little further from the board walk and beach than I originally thought it was going to be but that was my oversight. Would stay again, had a great time!!!
