Belle propriété en front de mer avec 2000 acres de vue sur les dunes de sable du lac Silver

Nous sommes tombés amoureux de cette belle propriété de front de mer du Michigan avec une atmosphère de cottage accueillante. Il est spacieux et spacieux 1700 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. Il y a une grande terrasse que nous apprécions chaque repas "al fresca". Il y a des guirlandes lumineuses et des bougies qui rendent le dîner et le vin tout simplement parfaits. Il y a un coin salon dans la cour avant, ainsi que (2) un foyer séparé pour un groupe nombreux. Un dans la cour et un au bord du lac pour profiter du coucher de soleil. Il y a un salon et une salle familiale si vous avez besoin d'une aire de jeux séparée pour les enfants. La table à manger peut accueillir 8 personnes. Une de mes autres caractéristiques préférées de la maison est la douche extérieure avec eau chaude. Rien de tel que de regarder les étoiles denses ci-dessus lorsque vous vous douchez.

Great spot

My friends and I really enjoyed this property and I’d highly recommend booking this place. The backyard is fantastic, short walk to the lake, rooms were comfortable and spread out, and basically had everything we needed.

We loved our stay at Steve and Maria’s - it was perfect for enjoying the holiday weekend with our family. Their outdoor space was especially nice - lots of options for seating, having a fire, grilling, or swinging in the hammock - and the lake is at the end of the street!

Multi generation vacation

The yard was a big hit ..with kids and a small dog the outside was much visited . I enjoyed my coffee every morning outdoors either lake side or back yard watching all the birds and squirrels. Open space in middle of house to visit n eat together was very good , kids loved the outdoor shower! Pretty quiet nice neighborhood. Close to ever thing . Thanks for sharing your home with us .

Great comfortable house and property

Wonderful stay!

The yard was spacious and we enjoyed the fire pit, plenty of privacy! Plenty of parking (even for the boat trailer). Just a short walk or drive to the lake. We would definitely stay again! Plenty of room for everyone in the house and the kitchen was well stocked.

End of summer Family trip

Nice size for our family of 7, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Large outdoor spaces with plenty of seating. We cooked at the house all 3 nights of our stay, only disappointment was the gas tanks for the grill and fire table were empty after our 1st night.

We have back-ups. Otherwise, you could have refilled it, and I would have credited you for it. Unfortunately, those gas tanks do get empty when used. Thank you for your stay.

Great vacation

House is in a good location with many activities nearby. Very nice backyard and house was very clean. Property manager is quick to respond. Short walk to the dock with a lovely view of silver lake and the dunes. Would stay here again.

This property was amazing! It was clean and so comfortable. The outdoor living areas, as well as inside the home were decorated so well! It was hard to leave.

Dune Trip

This was our first time renting a home in Silver Lake to visit the dunes ORV park. The house is very close to all of the action at Silver Lake. House is very well decorated, has a great backyard and comfortably fit all of us.

Pure Michigan! The Silver Lakes area is such a wonderful and beautiful place. The dunes are amazing. There is no place anywhere else in the country that can showcase such a landscape while enjoying the water life and water sports in Silver Lake. The area is surrounded by fruit orchards, wineries, breweries and hiking trails.

This property is on Silver Lake (not Upper Silver Lake). You have the benefit of endless sandy bottom of the lake. The unique benefit of this property is the accessibility to Silver Lake and the dunes plus the additional benefit of a huge private backyard to spread out and set up games of volleyball, pickle ball, etc. . There is a huge firepit for everyone to enjoy and the best spot to stargaze.
