Excellent emplacement pour le National Western Stock Show. Situé juste à l'extérieur de Brighton, à 25 minutes de DIA, à 30 minutes du centre-ville et à 40 minutes de Boulder. Accès facile à toutes les autoroutes principales. Moins de 5 minutes de Brighton, qui propose une variété de restaurants et de divertissements. En 15 minutes, vous êtes à TopGolf, Denver Premium Outlets et The Summit (bowling / arcade / taverne) ainsi que plusieurs terrains de golf locaux.

Cette propriété dispose de nombreux parkings pour VR et roulottes. Ceci est une maison de deux chambres avec mezzanine. Master (queen) a un balcon extérieur avec des sièges. La deuxième chambre a un lit superposé (complet / twin) parfait pour les enfants mais confortable pour les adultes. Loft a une petite section avec un grand lit gigogne. Écran plat 32 "avec rayon bleu. Le salon comprend également un petit canapé sectionnel avec lit queen et une TV connectée RoKu de 65 ". La table à manger est prévue pour 8 personnes, mais le bar du petit-déjeuner comprend 3 sièges supplémentaires. (Matelas pneumatique disponible pour des couchages supplémentaires si nécessaire.
Cette belle maison de ferme a un porche enveloppant avec des sièges en plein air pour 8 avec des sièges supplémentaires par foyer.

This is a fantastic property to host an event at! It's also a very nice place to stay and relax at. We hosted a party here and couldn't have been happier! So many of our guests commented on how great and perfect it was! The property host, Jodie was super helpful in providing everything we needed and offering services that we might have wanted. This house is so cute and comfortable. There were a few minor things that were not completely perfect, but I am still giving the experience 5 stars because the host was amazingly warm and welcoming. I would love to stay here again some time.

We rented this home for my daughter graduation party. The yard is very big and the home is very comfortable makes you feel like your at home. I highly recommend this property. We will for sure return for other events or just for a nice get away.

Graduation

We used this location for a grad party. It's close to town. It has a huge yard great for hosting! When it was all done me and my family spent the night. We would definitely recommend and use again for a large party.

I love throwing family events at this place it’s perfect size especially outside ! We have done 3 of them already here and each time everything was perfect ! The only thing that wasn’t the best was the cleanliness of the place , there was spider webs behind doors and window inside the place and the bathroom door had stuff splattered on it and wasn’t wiped off but other then that place was great

Nice place, mgmt very helpful.

Nice property, easy access. Close to places we needed to go. Management people very accommodating. Storm had shorted out some electrical, fixed next day. Found that it had also taken out fridge - they brought out a temp fridge on Christmas eve - and put a new one in next business day. Who does this? I am very impressed with their dedication and help. Thank you for saving our holiday with our family!!!

We came in from California and I only have great things to say about Jodie and this property. We stayed a total of eight days, My Husband and myself and 3 daughters. There was more than enough room for all of us and our luggage. The home was clean and stocked as well. We are an outdoorsy/sporty family and the outside of the property was luscious, green and beautiful to bbq and play games. Jodi was super attentive and accommodating the whole time. It felt like we were family. We hope to visit again next year as we visit Colorado every year!

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

This Todd Creek Farmhouse was a perfect place for our family Thanksgiving. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and 3 dogs. The kids had fun in the backyard and we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings
