All was good...easy check in , easy checkout ! While we were at the cabin , we spent most of that time on the balcony. Beautiful days ,cool views

It was very much a rustic cabin look and was less than 5 minutes away from midtown in Ruidoso NM. The only downside is that they had no internet at the cabin to even watch regular tv. Other than that it was great!

High Mountain Cabin

Small cabin that does the job. Good location, walk right into town. It was well equipped with everything needed. We stayed in late December and the cabin was cold, especially the bathroom as it has no heat source with tile floors and a gap near the shower that let in cold air. The stairs leading up to the cabin should be more illuminated at night for safety. The property management gives you firewood which was a big help heating the living room at night. We enjoyed our stay but found the property just “ok”.

No Air Conditioner or workable television

There is a ROKU TV but no internet. Instructions also reference a thermostat but there is not an air conditioner. Shower head is older than the house. Front glass door handle is also upside down, so you have to push it up. Location is top notch, but it is difficult motorcycle parking as it is on a severe hill and the driveway is unlevel dirt.

Great outdoor space

Really great place to stay and disconnect. Enjoyed peaceful time with family with a lovely view. Arrived at night and wish the stairs had been been better lit, but other than that our stay was wonderful.

Great Cabin

Overall a very nice cabin in a convenient location. Only two concerns were A loft that we were not allowed in (felt it bit odd not knowing what was up there) and no wifi. Still a great stay. I’d book it again.

Clean and cozy.

Close to the shopping strip and restaurants. Clean and very well kept. Perfect for the family to shop and sight see. We will definitely be staying there again!

Our stay

The property was great. parking was tricky because of the narrowness of the driveway and road. But its doable. We were able to walk into town and visit the shops. The kids loved the deer in the yard. We had a great time and will return soon.

I had a great experience when I used Cozy Cabins in April.

I had a great experience when I used Cozy Cabins in April. That cabin exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, this one did not. The beds are really small for two people, so we needed to use the pull-out sofa, which was not equipped with bedding. We asked for bedding, and they brought us sheets and towels. Consequently, my two friends to whom I had bragged about this cabin, got about 8 hours of sleep between them over the course of three nights, which was not great in terms of rest and recreation nor what we paid per evening to stay here. I'm sorry to be negative here. I guess I feel like if you spend $600, your expectations should at least be met. Like I say, previous stay was great, but this one not so much. The stay was perfect.

The stay was perfect. It had all the amenities needed and was in the perfect location. The best part was that it was within walking distance for restaurants and shopping. I talked to one of the team members on the phone about my stay. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions.
