Cet incroyable palais est situé au premier étage avec ascenseur et peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes dans deux suites doubles, une avec salle de bains et douche en marbre. La deuxième salle de bain n'est pas attenante, mais juste en face de la chambre, dans le couloir, et dispose également d'un marbre de luxe avec douche.

Fantastic place

This is the best place I have ever rented in Florence. Everything was as advertised and better. All things necessary for a pleasant stay were thought of in advance by the property owner. The location can’t be beat and even though it was centrally located, it wasn’t noisy. Absolutely perfect!

Ponte Vecchio Perfection

Fantastic property right on the Ponte Vecchio, minutes from many major attractions and restaurants. The property itself is beautiful, clean and spacious - perfect for a family of four or two couples. We ended up booking our own tours and dinners, but the host provides a booklet of many nearby attractions and dining options in case you'd like assistance booking. Would recommend to anyone visiting Florence!

Our Third Stay at this Gem

Do not miss out on this perfect apartment in the BEST location in Florence. You are steps to the Ponte Vecchio, grocery store, dining & shopping without the noise and traffic of staying on the old town side of the Arno. San Niccolo is comfortable, classy, convenient and all things top-notch in a Florence residence. The Arno River, Ponte Vecchio and Old Town views are impeccable. We rent a car each visit and park directly across the street at Garage Ponte Vecchio. It's easy to get in and out of town from there. This was our third stay at this apartment and won't be our last!

Incredible Apartment

There's no better view in all of Florence. Immaculate apartment on the Arno with an unobstructed view of the Ponte Vecchio. Perfect location. Beautifully appointed.

Excellent from check in to check out. Beautiful home with the absolute best view in Florence. The restaurant reservations were perfect and the choices were the best. We did not want to leave. We will be back to Florence and this incredible home.

Dream Property in Florence

This place was an absolute dream. I stayed there with my family and we were so happy with the place. The apartment is modern, spacious, comfortable, with stunning views; and has everything you need and more. We can’t wait for our next trip to Florence so that we can stay here again.
