Family trip to the beach. Positives: Location! We could walk to the beach and several restaurants. Grocery stores easy 3 minute drive.Size of house was great for the 5 adults and 2 babieswater hose out back was great for rinsing sandy feetNegatives: the homeless population (no fault of owner) was very prevalent and liked hanging out on our property.

Very nice and affordable

This property's location was amazing. Family was very pleased with the home. Only issue is steepness of driveway entrance if your vehicle doesn't have great ground clearance you might want to park on the street.

We had such a nice evening. Very quiet area. Neighbor was friendly. It met or surpassed our needs. Very easy to communicate with the property owner. We would stay here again for sure!!

Nice clean place, close to the beach.

We had trouble finding the house at first because it was dark and we couldn’t see the house numbers, but other than that it was good. The property is shared with a house behind this one, which we felt was a little odd, but the guy that lives there didn’t bother us at all. The house is very clean and was exactly as pictured. Would stay here again!

Cleanliness needs to be worked on

The property itself was very nice and seemed to be newer. The cleanliness needs to be worked on. We felt very uncomfortable after finding multiple cockroaches and ant groups. It was difficult to feel clean and comfortable after finding this. The sheets were not clean there were stains and multiple hairs. We considered sleeping in the car or leaving just because of how uncomfortable we were.

Good location

Communication with owner was great. Cleanliness was great. The couch not good for sleeping. The upper bunk needs to be secured. There is two air mattresses. Overall a great stay and would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

What we needed

This is a property set up to be durable and functional. The bed was fine. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the location was convenient for our needs. The host worked with us when we contacted him to ask a question. Only thing I would suggest is more comfortable living room furniture.

Loved the location!

As soon as we walked into the house, it smelled so nice and clean! The furnishings were so pretty and gave a great vibe to the whole experience. The location was perfect for walking to the seawall. We met the man that lived in the house at the back of the property, he was really nice and did not take away from our experience in any way. Yes the couch was not very comfortable but it was not a big deal, we still enjoyed sitting on it to watch a movie at night. Kitchen was beautiful but is only big enough for one person at a time behind the counter. Also the refrigerator is positioned at the end of the counter of the kitchen walkway. So if you open the door to the refrigerator no one could get by. Still not a big deal at all. I am looking forward to renting this property again in the future! Highly recommend, host was so nice, he responded to all of my questions in a very timely manner and made sure that I knew what was going on and answered my questions with patience.

Thanksgiving getaway

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this cute little house just a few blocks from the seawall. It was a perfect fit for our family of 5. It was comfortable with the basic necessities needed for our week stay. The only issue we had was tiny little ants that appeared in our shower in the master bedroom, and the second bathroom. I sent a message to the owner and he responded right away. It wasn't a big deal for us and the owner was super apologetic. The location of the house is two blocks from the seawall so you can walk. It's nearby restaurants and grocery stores and the Strand is about 10 minutes away. My family enjoyed our little getaway.

Great location, we flew and got there way ahead of schedule, tried to leave bags so we didn’t have to carry around but housekeeper declined. He did have his dog in house while cleaning. House smelled like MARIJUANA BAD the whole day we stayed. Dog kept going back and forth between doors barking. Owner did have housekeeper go get it thankfully. Just as described otherwise

Great Location and Host

Great property within 1 block from the beach!! A/c kept us super cool in this humid location. Everything you need is here, fridge, microwave, washer dryer and detergent! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers with hot water! Just needs a hair dryer. Drive way is inclined and not easy to enter in a car. Couch in living room is not comfortable but was big enough for us to hang. TV is logged in to all the regular apps- netflix, prime, Hulu. Overall great location, clean and would highly recommend! Serj was very responsive and let us have early check in!

This house was perfect for my family of 6. Loved the short walk to the beach, the kitchen/dining area, and bathrooms. Only complaint was the couch was a little small and uncomfortable for all of us to sit on together.
