Ce condo studio situé dans le populaire Icicle Village Resort, près du centre-ville de Leavenworth, vous divertira toute l'année. Ce complexe propose un certain nombre d'équipements communs, dont deux piscines, un bain à remous, un golf miniature de 18 trous, le centre d'activités Icicle Junction, un espace barbecue, un terrain de basket-ball, etc.

Ce condo est parfait pour une escapade en couple avec un accès au spa alpin où vous pourrez vous détendre avec un massage parmi de nombreux autres traitements de détente ou profiter d'un dîner avec rendez-vous au JJ Hills Fresh Grill, tous deux situés dans le complexe! À seulement six pâtés de maisons de la ville d'inspiration bavaroise, Leavenworth, où vous trouverez d'autres restaurants délicieux, des magasins locaux et de nombreux événements amusants comme l'Oktoberfest et le festival d'éclairage de Noël. Les activités de plein air se pratiquent toute l'année, notamment les descentes en tubage ou le rafting sur la rivière Wenatchee. We stayed for Oktoberfest and it was great! Just close enough to walk and not have to pay for additional parking. The walk was nice, and if you wanted you could loop through the backside and take a nice walk by the river to get to town. The room was clean and comfortable, extra blankets were available.

Great little second story motel room in a nice resort style setting. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The full size bathroom and walk out balcony with table and chairs make the small room live larger. The reasonable price and great location are hard to beat. Thank you for wonderful stay!

Good location. The resort style property is fun. The full size bathroom with jetted tub and walk out balcony with table and chairs make the very small room feel much larger. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Space

Pleasant with good amenities

We did not realize prior to arrival that there were free bicycles for checkout, nor that we would want that feature...but it really shidlfted our experience, allow more time and energy for exploring. We enjoyed the atmosphere and friendliness.

Great small condo for two. The only bad thing was the tv was on demo mode and the remote wasn't working properly to turn off demo mode.

A good experience

I don't like to leave Long reviews, I'll just say that the place was clean the bed was comfortable the tub was nice and don't have any complaints about the space or the price. Late checkout was a bargain as well.

Mountain getaway

Great place for a mountain getaway. Resort has lots of fun amenities and is in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Leavenworth. The only downside to this cute place is that you can hear everything in the unit next door. Not a problem if you rent both units together and not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of

Air Conditioner was super loud, doors hard to open, fridge was worthless, no coffee, no coffee cups. The carpet is grossly dirty. Spider nest on the front door, reeses wrapper on the floor. Chairs on deck are worn and ready to tear. Dresser full of bedding so didn't use. Rather disappointed for the price

Great spot!

We had a great weekend stay here. The property was very clean and so close to town. We really enjoyed getting to have a private balcony space to enjoy our coffees from the shop just walking distance from here. We did notice that the adjoined suite (which can be rented together with this unit or separately) was occupied and the sound carries through the walls pretty strongly. It wasn't an issue for us, but might be good to be mindful of if you need more quiet!

Nice unit.

The unit was clean and appeared to be in good condition. It was appropriate for a one or two night stay. The only detraction was that the walls are a might thin, and you could hear the conversations of the adjoining units. We enjoyed the balcony, it kept us dry while enjoying the lightning, thunder and hard rain.

Oktoberfest weekend

Loved the location to front street. Rental had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. No coffe was provided. But there was cups, wine glasses, and coffee mugs. Even soap to wash dishes. Perfect for 2 adults.

“Condo” with no kitchen?

Room was very well appointed with a lovely shaded balcony. But it was a bit small for two people. There was only one chair for sitting. We brought in one of the outdoor chairs. The unit was advertised as a “condo with sunny balcony“. There was however, a small microwave and a tiny refrigerator. I was expecting a kitchen. But, to be fair, the photographs of the unit did not show a kitchen, so I suppose I should’ve paid more attention.

Good spot for a couple nights

The property was 3/5 stars for our overall experience. The check in and check out processes were very easy and the unit was fairly clean. I was super excited for the jacuzzi tub but unfortunately, there was a ton of pink mold in the jets so I wasn’t able to use it. There was also a couple stains on the comforter but the staff were nice and replaced the comforter within a reasonable amount of time. We were grateful to have a smart tv with Netflix and Amazon prime already signed in and available. The pillows need to be replaced because they are super clumpy, thin, and very uncomfortable. Other than the mold and pillows, it was a nice place and would probably book again.

The place was great but do not trust their advertised price

When looking for a place to stay in Leavenworth the room was advertised at $107. The room had been booked but when I later saw the booking with the added fees(including $124 fee to the owner, $85 dollars for cleaning fees and a few extra fees) the cost was $289. I went on line to cancel the booking(3 days before the booking) the site said no refunds would be given for cancelations. When I called VRBO I aw told that Vacasa used a differnent booking system. This was outrageous and I would not use this system and would suggest you stay clear.
