Great Flat in Haro

We had a great stay in Haro. The flat was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location, easy walking to restaurants and bodegas. There is a fantastic cafe a block away. Convenient street parking right in front of the building. Host was helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

Great appartment in Haro, , capitol of the Rioja

We came with 3 to bike the Eroica Hispania. The appartment was very comfortable . 3 bedrooms , a kitchen with good facilities and a washing machine. Bathroom with bath and a nice living. Contact with the owner was very easy by whats app.. Heinz Harald had a quick answer when we asked something. Walking to the center of Haro : 7 minutes. A very good supermarket : 2 minutes. Whe had a great biking experience..Was a 5 star holiday.

Harold is a wonderful host! While we were not able to meet Harold in person, he is one of the best hosts we have had. He welcomed us to his place with a bottle of wine, responded immediately to questions and met with us via phone when needed. Where this was our first time to the wine country, I asked Harald for recommendations. Harald provided restaurant recommendations and provided a guide to visiting the wineries in Haro which was very helpful. The apartments location is great, within 10 min walking distance of old town Haro. We enjoyed our stay and found the apartment to be clean and very comfortable. Thank you Harold for your excellent hospitality!

Vacaciones felices

Estuvimos en Haro y la verdad es que nos ha gustado mucho la estancia. Si el año que viene podemos repetiremos. El piso muy bien y confortable. Bien ubicado y con todo lo imprescindible para pasar unos días.

buena ubicacion, buenas vistas y muy limpio

El alquiler de este alojamiento ha sido fantástico. El piso está muy céntrico. Cerca de la estación de autobuses, es fácil aparcar cerca de él. El detalle de bienvenida y los destinos perfectos. El propietario ha sido muy correcto. Volveríamos a repetir.

Sehr zufriedene Woche in Haro und im Rioja verbracht

Für eine Wochen haben wir mit 4 Personen diese Wohnung in Haro genutzt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ordentlich und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Heinz-Harald, unser Gastgeber (er war mehr als nur ein Vermieter) hat alles getan damit wir uns wohl fühlen! Er hat uns nicht nur die Wohnungseinrichtung, sondern auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mögliche Sehenswürdigkeiten erläutert. Er hat sogar vor dem Urlaub bei der Miete von E-Bikes geholfen/vermittelt/übersetzt. Die Wohnung selber lag in der Stadt, aber das Parken des Autos war kein Problem. In der Stadt hat man natürlich keine besondere Aussicht (daher "nur" 4 Punkte für die Lage/Umgebung), aber dafür alles was man von einer Stadt halt erwartet (Einkaufen, Verkehrsanbindung, etc.) Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit Heinz-Harald und seiner Wohnung und hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im Rioja! Die Familie Trierweiler waren sehr angenehme Mieter. Wir hatten schon seit der Reservierung einen sehr guten Kontakt per email und Telefon. Ich kann sie als Mieter 100% empfehlen, sie waren super freundlich und hinterliesen meine Wohnung in perfekten Zustand und sehr sauber. Ich hoffe Sie kommen bei Ihrer Rueckreise nocheinmal vorbei um zusammen ein paar Weine zu trinken!!! Natuerlich eingeladen!

Valuta for pengene i Haro

Vi var fire voksne mennesker som delte leiligheten. Eieren Heinz tok i mot oss med vin og kake, og fortalte om alt som var kjekt å vite. Det var både melk og frokost til vår disposisjon. Leiligheten var rein, og vi har hatt to flotte døgn her i Haro med denne leiligheten som et hyggelig utgangspunkt.

Perfect Location in Haro and an Incredible Host!

Heinz's apartment in Haro is the perfect location for a quiet getaway. Whether you want to go wine tasting or go for pintxos, the apartment is only a 5-8 min walk away through a historic and beautiful city. Heinz was an incredible host who helped us by meeting us at the train station and taking our luggage, all without asking! I could not recommend this property enough, it feels like home in a place you've never been.

Comfortable, clean and well located

We rented this apartment in Haro during our stay in the Rioja region. It is well located to visit wineries and travel throughout the area. Parking was not a problem and the restaurants and bars in Haro are an easy walk. The apartment was large comfortable and clean. The owner welcomed us warmly and gave us a complete run down on the how everything worked, all the amenities and recommendations on restaurants in the area. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing small meals including spices and the owner left us a bottle of white and red wine. Altogether, it was a very enjoyable stay at a reasonable price.

Wonderful Two-Week Stay in Haro Fall 2016!

In all of our travels and stays with HomeAway, AirBNB, and many other tourist accommodations, our stay in Haro at Harald's flat was by far the very best. The flat is roomy, immaculate, and comfortable. It is so warmly decorated, we really enjoyed quiet time there! Haro is lovely, and the flat's location puts everything there, restaurants, landmarks, necessities, within walking distance. We also could easily drive to the many wonderful villages and bodegas in Rioja as well as to the Basque and Navarre regions. Harald is a special host. He is very responsive to requests and inquiries, and remained in contact throughout our stay. He found me a nail salon when I needed one and, because we had mentioned we enjoyed cooking and local markets, he made sure we did not miss the Sunday market in the neighboring village of Anguciana. We were touched when he asked to come by the flat on our last night just to say goodbye and wish us safe journeys. We loved Northern Spain and Rioja, we have a new friend in Harald, and we know we will go back to Haro!

Christine and her husband were a very nice couple. I´m sorry for not answering before. I´m managing all with my smartphone and there isn´t any possibility to answer. I just find it now on my computer. I´m really sorry. This nice couple left the flat so clean after about 2 weeks using! It was really perfect. Great guests. No, the best guests!!! Very kind. Very well equipped apartment in convenient position

The apartment was as described and was comfortable and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and met us on time and recommended things to do and places to go some of which we did and they were good recommendations. It is a short walk to the main eating and drinking area and a slightly longer one to the Bodegas where you can participate in wine tasting! We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

Great location in Haro

This place is perfectly situated in Haro to walk everywhere in town. Harald is a great host and the apt. is very homey as Harald lives here when not renting. The apt. has everything we needed and was very clean. Four of us had plenty of space and would choose this place again when visiting Haro which is a great town to stay in when visiting the Rioja region.

Cómodo, como en casa

El apartamento estaba perfecto, cómodo, como si fuese tu propia casa. Muy cerca del centro y de todos los sitios. Había sitio para aparcar cerca. El apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones y además no tuvimos ningún problema con él dueño. La chica que limpiaba la casa, Luz, nos esperó a la llegada, nos explico todo lo necesario y nos orientó por la zona, muy simpática y agradable. Lugar muy aconsejable. Gracias

Perfekte Wohnung für die Rijoa Weintour

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Weintour in Rioja. Das Bodega Viertel sowie die Innenstadt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben und komplett ausgestattet. Gefehlt hat uns nix. Auch der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Für die nächste Tour (die bereits in Planung ist) würden wir gerne wieder bei Harald Schöndorf buchen.
