il s'agit d'une trÚs grande maison avec une unité de location complÚtement séparée dans la maison. Il est calme et dispose d'un immense patio couvert à l'arriÚre avec une belle vue sur les montagnes de pins. Il est à quelques pas de la randonnée, du vélo et du ski de classe mondiale, une escapade incroyable pour toutes les saisons
cette unité a une buanderie, deux salles de bain et une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec salle à manger et cheminée. il y a une douche et une baignoire, et un grand parking sur place

Overall great home and very comfortable. The house was clean and everything was in good working condition. Location was very good. Close to Truckee and Northstar where we spent a lot of our time. Kitchen was well stocked and had almost everything we needed to make meals at home. Kids loved playing in the snow in the backyard. Would recommend to a friend.

Love this place in Truckee!!

We love this place and the hosts. We come here quite often. It is clean, kitchen is well put together, great fireplace, bathrooms in each room and the hosts respond so quickly. They care and want your stay to be the best. Thank you for your awesome hospitality!

Beautiful Retreat

Helene's home is a special place, located in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded in pines. The place is very private and the back deck is the perfect place to relax and have meals. Helene was very quick to respond to our questions. Overall an incredible stay!

The owners are amazing and respond quickly. They stride to make your stay perfect and comfortable. We love going here and it’s so close to DT Truckee, Donner Lake, Palisades and Tahoe City! We love it here. Thank you Helene for everything!

Large house and clean

Very nice house, better than picture, and it is huge and clean. Kitchen equipped everything for us to cook. We could use newer pillow for one of the bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed the house very much, and will definitely stay again.

Cute and cozy, great sledding.

For our winter stay, it was perfect for our family of 4. The forest/hill in the back were perfect for sledding. The only minor opportunity for improvement was the closets had blankets and toys scattered on the floor. Not sure if they were clean or not.

This place is a secret Gem with 5 Star Owners!

My boys and I stay here when we come up to Truckee in the summer and winter. The owners are amazing and respond so quickly. It is the best communication I've ever had renting a place. The cabin is perfect for a small family and is so quiet. I love the fireplace and the kitchen is stocked well for every day cooking. We do have to clean when we arrive, especially with COVID, but I do expect that in cabins I am renting. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to the owners for all they do to make our stay relaxing and wonderful!

Snow Heaven

We have stayed at the property a few times before this recent stay and felt the place was a bit more run down then prior stays. The location is ideal and Helene is very easy to communicate with. Reason for 4 stars was that the place wasn’t as clean as I had hoped (toilets dirty, counters dirty). Additionally, the upstairs unit was very loud which included dogs barking and up late, dropping items (waking us up from sleep a few times a night). Overall good place, just a few quirks this stay.

Fantastic stay!

This is a fantastic rental (entire second floor with separate entrance) in a very large, solid, well-constructed home! It is so spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. Helene was a pleasure to communicate with, answering all our questions accurately and quickly. The backyard was so ideal for sledding! Each spacious bedroom had its own en-suite half bathroom. There is a separate full bathroom (shower only), and separate laundry room, and the kitchen was well-stocked. There were some games and DVDs for kids too. Perfect for a family! Highly recommend!

Good location to spend time with kids, nice uphill and lots of snow. Very scenic drives and close to Ski Resorts. Good for Winter or Summer. We loved the place.

A Perfect Escape

This home is so peaceful and the scenery is so beautiful. The communication with the owner was amazing all my questions were answered quickly. This was my first ever vacation and my experience was perfect I loved how this home had a fully furnished kitchen and a very large living room to host everyone. The beds are so comfortable and the luxury of a bathroom in all the rooms was a bonus! I give this place a 10/10 and would highly recommend!

Great 2 bedroom apartment

This is a great two bedroom apartment under owners house. It is very spacious and fit our family of four very well. Great kitchen and deck was great for dinner. Walking trail just at the back of the property. No AC but nights cool off keeping it cool for sleeping. Would definitely stay again

Perfect getaway in the woods

My family and parents spent 4 days here and really enjoyed the privacy, the large deck, and crisp mountain air. It was one of the hottest weekends of the summer, but the house has plenty of fans and windows so we were comfortable despite not having AC. We really enjoyed exploring the area, but the best part of our stay was having a comfortable and spacious home base to relax and have our meals. Helene was very attentive and helpful too! Would definitely recommend for a family getaway.

Great place to stay!

We loved staying here. Helene was quick to respond to messages. The only negative I would mention is that due to the altitude, my grandson kept getting bloody noses. Well equipped, lovely home. I especially appreciated that each bedroom had an attached half bath, in addition to the full bath. Definitely recommend this as a great place to stay!!

Nice snowy family getaway

This property was a perfect family pod getaway for the final days of snow. Played in the snow, built a snowman, and did some sledding right out of the backyard. Helene was responsive and accommodating. The unit was cozy with a high end solid cabin feel. Close to downtown Truckee if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!
