Cette liste comprend toute la partie arrière fermée d'une propriété de maison de ville historique située à la frontière nord du quartier français et en face d'un grand assortiment de bars et de restaurants et d'un tramway.

Inclus sont 4 suites adjacentes. Deux des suites ont 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain et 3 lits doubles dans chacune, et les deux autres suites sont des lofts d'une chambre avec 1 salle de bain, 1 cuisine et 2 lits queen dans chacune.

Ensemble, vous avez 6 chambres, 4 salles de bains, 4 lits queen, 6 lits doubles, 2 cuisines, 2 salons et une belle cour avec tables et chaises.

Perfect location to French Quarter

This was the perfect location to the French quarter! We were easily able to walk to various great restaurants and there was a street car stop right by the townhouses. We had the best stay and would definitely recommend this location to friends/family.

Amazing Bachelor Party

We rented this property for a group of 15 and all 4 units were clean, stocked with towels, and spacious for our group while we weren’t out in Nola. Robin was amazing and we thank her for letting us stay there!

Wonderful Weekend

My fiancée and I booked for our combined Bachelor/Bachelorette party and we cannot express what a great time we had. We walked everywhere, as almost everything we wanted to do was within 10 minutes of the property. Robin was amazing! Definitely recommend staying here!

My group had a good time visiting New Orleans and this vbro was essential to that.The location is a short walk to Bourbon St. and right next to Keys fried chicken. Multiple lofts provides some privacy. We would stay here again!

Long weekend with friends

The location is great. No need for a car. We had 4 units which allowed for a level of privacy that was welcomed by all. The dryer came in very handy when we got caught in the rain. Will definitely stay again.

The location was amazing and the set up was great for a large group! Be sure you read the description because it’s an unusual set up, but it worked really well for us. The separate spaces afforded us some privacy, but it still felt like we were all ‘together’. Short walk to everything we wanted to do, incredibly convenient.

Great Place to stay for Mardi Gras

This place is well situated at the edge of the French Quarter and was perfect for a bachelor party. We also had an issue with one of the locks and property management responded and came by very quickly to fix things. This accommodation is 4 separate townhouse units, but they are right next to each other and share a rear courtyard which was a nice communal area for us

Great for large groups

Property manager is amazing and onsite. I love that he was so kind and helpul. He gave us directions and spoke to us with kindness. You can tell he loves his job. A + for the location as well. Lafitte's is down street Nd so is bourbon and Jackson's square.

Bachelor Party May 2023

We stayed here in May for my bachelor party, and the property exceeded expectations. Although we had a large group of 16, we were able to fit comfortably. We had help on sight and no one was ever too far if we had any questions or needed anything. Also, the location was perfect for walking to Bourbon and Frenchmen Street. I would definitely recommend a stay here! Thanks!

Great location and clean

This property is perfect for my group. It was right on the edge of the French quarter so we didn’t have to take cars pretty much anywhere. There were plenty of towels and the space was clean and ready for us so we arrived. The fact that there is a bed in the middle of the kitchen in some of the units with a little funny, but it worked for us.

Great Stay in Nola + Great Host

Sincerely appreciated the help from this vrbo host on getting things booked and having great experiences in NOLA. A large group of friends came down for a bachelor party, and we definitely had a comfortable stay here. Having smaller individual units vs a huge house was a plus because people could sleep in if they wanted or choose their own adventure. Would book again for any group outing. Robin was great and super helpful. Great location as well, that was close to the quarter, but not right in where we'd have to worry about loud people right outside of the unit.

The best weekend!

My fiance and I did a combined bachelor/bachelorette party in New Orleans and had the best time at this VRBO! The host was so helpful in helping us get set up with an Airboat Tour (highly recommend) and was very timely in responding to anything I had inquired about. We stayed in suites 16-19 which all had separate entrances, but close enough to feel like you're all staying in the same place. The outdoor courtyard area was also a huge addition to the trip as it allowed all of us to hang out in one common area. We felt like we were in a safe location, and it was within walking distance of both Frenchmen and Bourbon street. Highly recommend if you're considering somewhere to stay with a big group!

Amazing space!

A group of 13 girls including myself rented out this property for the weekend and it couldn't have been better! We had all the space we need - no problems with bathrooms, or bed space. There's plenty of everything you need! All doors are accessible by key lock so we were able to access each other easily and felt safe the entire time as there was a gate lock protecting you as well. Walkable to everywhere & a gas station 1-2 minutes away with everything you could need! Host was super awesome and let us come in early as we had girls arriving early & prompt communication. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or trip! Thank you!
