Une des rares villas de location sur St. John avec un chemin menant au rivage, Ebb Tide se trouve Ă  seulement quelques mĂštres des vagues dĂ©ferlantes de Chocolate Hole. Ebb Tide est l'endroit idĂ©al pour Ă©chapper Ă  l'agitation. Mais si vous souhaitez un peu d’agitation, comme sur une Ăźle, Cruz Bay n’est qu’à cinq minutes et vous propose une multitude d’excellents restaurants, boutiques et lieux de divertissement.

Beautiful view and comfortable accommodations

We enjoyed our stay at Ebb Tide and would return again. It was our first time on St. John and the location is convenient to Cruz Bay. The view from the pool and deck is stunning. The kitchen and great room are spacious and bedrooms are good sized. The furniture is a bit dated but comfortable. Our only issue was with the water pressure when showering. Arrival was easy and we enjoyed the sampling of salads and snacks from the local deli.

Worn but still wonderful

Three couples enjoyed a wonderful stay at Ebb tide for a week. We would all stay here again in a minute. The property is clearly old and shows its age. Worn furniture, loose patio, tiles, difficult doors to lock, window screens that blow out in the heavy wind And plumbing problems, which were quickly dealt with by the property manager. In spite of this it is a very comfortable house and very clean. The pool is wonderful, the beach is nice and the views are fantastic. Location is close to cruise Bay, but still very private and quiet. A wonderful place to stay.

Magical Property - Amazing Stay

Ebb Tide was absolutely wonderful. Each room had its own bathroom, fan and air conditioning. The views of Chocolate Hole were amazing and that pool - ahhhhh! Leslie and her crew provided the best customer service we have ever had through a rental company. Highly recommend this gorgeous property. We can't wait to stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to make magical memories at your beautiful home.

A great place to stay with a little refreshing of amenities

We had a great time at Ebb Tide and on the island of St. John. The location was convenient. The space fit our needs well. The great room was spacious and allowed for gathering and cooking together. Without air conditioning, their were times in the day when that room got very warm. The air-conditioned bedrooms were a welcome place to retreat to each night. Some elements of the villa could use a bit of updating. The knives were quite dull and difficult to use. The smoke detector battery expired one night but all the potential replacement batteries were old, crusty, and expired as well. Not all amenities that were indicated as provided by the host were there but that was quickly rectified by a phone call to the property manager, The pool was great, but be ready for the mosquitos and noseeums. The pool filter was clogged with leaves when we arrived but quieted down once we cleaned out the trap. The iguanas enjoyed the pool as well but were not a problem. We would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Private property, Great Location, as advertised

Great location very close to Cruz Bay in Chocolate Hole. Multiple grocery, dining, shopping, entertainment, fuel options nearby. The home is large and was perfect for our group. Everyone had their personal spaces and the main living area was large both indoor and out. The patio and pool deck especially was really nice and the whole property seemed very secluded. Road back to the property was a little rough but flat and very manageable. The home was stocked very well with utensils, cooking pots and pans, serving dishes, small appliances, etc. Overall, the home met all of our expectations and was perfect for what we were looking for. Would absolutely book Ebb Tide again.

Great location and House

We enjoyed our time at Ebbtide. It was clean and well-stocked. Loved the fact that we all had separate entrances to our own private bedrooms. The pool was great, just be prepared to share it with the iguanas..lol. View from house beautiful. Would be better if some of the trees were pruned down further. Our only complaint was no air conditioning in the living room. Due to the heat it was uncomfortable for us to gather there for meals and hanging out. I do suggest that a door be put on the master bath as there was no privacy when in the bathroom. I would also suggest air condition in the adjoining bedrooms with the single bed and king bed on the main level. It was so hot in the room with the single bed no one could have stayed in there. The door to that bedroom had to be closed the whole time so the air could cool the larger bedroom.

The home and property were well decorated, maintained and clean. The kitchen/common area was great!

They provided all the beach items necessary for a great day at the beach. I look foreward to our next visit!

Comfortable, spacious, good location

We enjoyed our week with friends. Nice to have our own entries for each room. Close to chocolate hole bay for a quick sunrise walk. Pool is small but welcomed after long day of hiking and beaching. The greeter, Eric, was super friendly and accommodating. Will stay again.

Beautiful Home With a Great View

My family stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the property. There was plenty of room and the kids enjoyed the pool. A short walk and you can explore the beach.

Wonderful time at Ebb Tide

This was a wonderful place. I have a family of 7. They loved it each had their own entrance to their rooms, each room had a bathroom and a view of the bay. It was very private and the last house on the road. So there was no traffic and very quiet. The house like all rental and especially on an island had some wear, but for us it was charming. I would not recommend this house to a family with small children. The access to each bedroom was to go outside. So for adults, it was awesome privacy, but for a little child who may wake up a night, it would not feel safe., for them. I would highly recommend Ebb Tide
