Napili Gardens # 8! Idéal pour les familles! Super endroit!

Nous sommes nichés entre Kapalua Resort et Naplii Bay, juste en face de la plage de Napili Bay. Notre complexe est petit, vous ne serez donc pas entouré de trop de visiteurs. Il s’agit plutôt d’une atmosphère de petite communauté aux jardins de Napili. Nos maisons sont des maisons de ville de qualité dotées de baies vitrées à l'avant et d'un jardin tropical luxuriant dans notre cour arrière. Idéal pour ceux qui voyagent en famille, appréciez l'espace supplémentaire et une troisième salle de bain!

Nous avons des plans de travail en granit dans la cuisine et les salles de bain, des appareils électroménagers haut de gamme en acier inoxydable, du mobilier dans le salon et chacune des trois chambres à coucher, ainsi qu’une salle de bain entièrement fonctionnelle et des meubles véranda. Avec une grande famille à nous, nous sommes bien conscients du confort essentiel de la maison auquel la plupart des familles s'attendent lors d'un voyage.

Vous trouverez un grand téléviseur à écran plat dans le salon avec lecteur DVD / CD. Nous avons également installé une télévision à écran plat dans la chambre principale. Central AC est équipé dans toute la maison en plus des ventilateurs de plafond pour plus de confort. Dans le garage pour deux voitures, vous trouverez également la laveuse et la sécheuse.

À l'étage, dans la chambre principale, vous trouverez un lit king-size très confortable et une salle de bain privative. Les deux chambres supplémentaires et la salle de bain complète sont également situées à l'étage. En bas se trouve la demi-bain juste à côté de la salle à manger et le canapé-lit est dans le salon pour accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes assez confortablement.

Nous espérons que vous apprécierez notre unité et profiterez de votre propre cour privée avec un barbecue à gaz haut de gamme.

Lorsque vous vous dirigez vers la plage, il vous suffit de traverser la rue pour vous rendre à la plage de Napili Bay, réputée pour ses superbes conditions de plongée et de baignade. Et si vous n'avez pas envie de préparer un déjeuner, allez au bout de la plage et dînez au restaurant Seahouse ... c'est merveilleux! N'oubliez pas de vous promener au coucher du soleil et attardez-vous un peu plus longtemps pour assister au magnifique spectacle nocturne étoilé!

Enjoyed our stay!

The location was great for getting to the beach and was very walkable to many great places. Not a lot of shopping within walking distance, but very quick to drive to. Some of the neighbors did not seem very happy we were there, but overall it was a really great place to stay and we hope to be back!

Our Amazing Family Vacation

The accommodations were absolutely incredible! The beach was within walking distance, and we were by a bus stop so that we could go shopping. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The lanai was perfect as we grilled out for breakfast, lunch and dinner most nights. Would recommend and plan to return in 2024!

The townhouse was beautiful, close to a great beach, in a quiet neighborhood and well stocked with all the essentials. We loved the back lanai ( beautiful wood deck and surrounded with lush tropical plants and trees). Loved not having to deal with any keys (always misplacing them). Close to all the restaurants and activities (but not too close).

Great stay!

Great property- great location- very nice kitchen and bathrooms- ICE cold AC. The only issue was the bed in the guest bedroom (not master) was INCREDIBLY squeaky. Every subtle movement would wake my partner up. It made for very restless sleeping, but hey, we're in paradise.

Great Rental!

We had a great time while staying here. The location can't be beat with Napili beach right across the street, the Gazebo and Sea House restaurants within walking distance, parking for 2 cars, a great patio/lanai with BBQ, fully stocked kitchen and much more. My only minor complaint is that the AC wasnt the greatest but because it was January and the temps a little cooler, we just turned it off and opened the windows and sliding doors to the patio (there are screens to keep pests out) and had no issues! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! I look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Maui!!

Spacious townhouse with plenty of parking, A/C, & great location across from Napili Bay

The home was very clean and it had everything you could possibly need. The description said parking 2 cars in the garage would be tight but we had no issues. The A/C was a must for us and this home was perfect. we loved being able to walk 5 minutes across the street to Napili Bay. the location is a good 15-20 minutes north of Lahaina but if you're planning to spend your time in Napili / Kapalua, you have everything right around you (Kapalua is literally a minute north). Overall, we'd definitely stay here again!

Great place!

Well located. Clean with plenty of towels. Lots of great beach stuff in the garage, including chairs! Had everything we needed. Great patio for bbq. Good at equipement. We had a blast. The non-master bedrooms did hear dog(s). Not a big issue for us. Bed mattresses could be upgraded. We would stay here again.

Home Away From Home

We have never been to Maui and our family of eight ended up being so happy that this was the location we chose to stay in. The property backs up to beautiful green fields and tropical trees filled with native roosters and chickens and tropical birds that just made the backyard come to life in paradise every morning. The patio was outstanding and easily fit our large group. Inside was clean and modern. It was very helpful to have beach supplies available in the garage. Napili Bay is only about a two minute walk away and extremely easy to get to. The property is in a gated community, one of about fifteen other condominiums and the town of Napili is very quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Great location, condo needs a lot of work though. Make sure AC is fixed before booking!

We enjoyed our stay here, mostly because of the location. The condo itself needs a lot of work, some furniture is broken and cupboards were broken, carpet is in need of replacement. The back patio is great, beautiful, shaded and relaxing. The condo is big and has a lot of space for a bigger family. The biggest issue was the AC. When we arrived the temperature in the condo was 87 degrees. We turned on the air and the first few days the AC was trying hard to work but never got below 80 degrees, then just stopped working all together. They did not come and fix the AC, but instead but in a few window units, The downstairs unit did not work, so it never got cooler than 80 degrees downstairs. They did comp us the last few nights of our stay which was nice, but it was so uncomfortable in the condo with the heat. I would verify that the AC is up and running before you book here for sure. The temps in Maui when we where there were high 80's and this condo faces the sun and does not have good window coverings or windows to open for a cross breeze so AC is very necessary.

Dear Shantil, Thank you for sharing your experience with us at Napili Gardens. We apologize we did not notice the (single) loose hinge on the kitchen cabinet, but after reading your comments we immediately tightened the hinge. Although we completed a thorough inspection of the condo specifically all the furnishings we were unable to identify any broken furniture. We have since asked guests who stayed after your visit and they have not noticed anything broken. We will of course continue to monitor. As you may recall 3 days after your arrival you reported the AC was not blowing very cold. We shared with you that the owner had already ordered a new central AC system and we were scheduled to install as soon as the new unit arrived from Oahu. In the meantime, we responded as soon as you notified us with 3 portable AC units. You contacted us to let us know that one of the portables was not performing as well as the others and we returned the same day with another brand new portable AC unit, however we found the existing unit only required a small adjusted and was working fine. Up until your stay the AC was reported to be functioning although admittedly we had just had it serviced for refrigerant to hold us over until the new unit arrived. We’re so sorry your stay fell in between getting the new AC installed. The unit does have floor to ceiling windows with shades and in fact there are windows above each window pane throughout the condo that slide open and providing you open the back lanai door it does allow a consistent cross breeze. Each bedroom also has windows that slide open. We will be getting estimates to replace the carpet as you suggested. In the meantime the new central AC system has since been installed. We hope the financial compensation we extended validates our honorable intentions and again our apologies for the inconvenience.

Beautiful location

No better location for a condo in all of Maui! We love this condo community. This particular condo is a bit worn for wear, but still serves its purpose. Beautiful big lanai for hosting our family! We could overlook the negatives for the fact that is was much cheaper than neighboring properties.
