Great home base for Yosemite

Place is as described, clean, functional, good value. Enjoyed the fireplace and grill was nicer than mine.You'll appreciate being in the park versus outskirts towns as the valley is much closer. Be aware of snow chain restrictions, they like to enforce chains for 2 to 4 inches of snow. If you hike Yosemite in winter bring crampons/yaktrax and you can get further in the trails

Amazing Gem within Yosemite National Park

This property was an amazing find for our small family of three. We had a short stay in Yosemite and this Studio was the perfect compliment for our trip. It is a beautiful, well kept property. Owners communicated well - and promptly. We were impressed - as you will be. We will definitely be reaching out to reserve this property in the future once we plan out a much longer trip next year. We highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Yosemite.

Super clean and lovely space

My parents and I stayed in this studio room for our Yosemite trip. We got everything we needed, and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Short but sweet stay in this charming apartment!

We loved this charming and comfortable studio apartment and were so glad it was available at the last minute for just the night we wanted. Communication with Alexey was great and we hope to stay there again, longer next time!

Condo iside Yosemite gates

Greate condo providing park access without registraton for the price. Small problem - no temperature regulator inside. We had to ask owner to setup the temperature.

GREAT HOSTS

These host were top notch. Very detailed instructions for everything and very prompt. They aim to please! They handle your park reservation and give you a wonderful continental breakfast. On top of that they left us snacks and a lovely bottle of wine. The place was clean and the sheets and pillows and bed soft. The air-conditioning helped as it did get hot during the day, and they have satellite TV and internet. They even provide all the bells and whistles like an extra phone charger. I would def stay at one of their properties again! ~Cara

Close without being in the chaos

This was the perfect stay for our trip to Yosemite. It’s about a 20-30 min drive to the valley, which was fine with us since it’s chaotic in the valley itself. Room was great and the amount of food provided for breakfast was more than enough. Bathrooms could use a little updating but honestly everything worked and was clean.

Good property and location

We enjoyed the location and the property. Propane didn't work for grill. The gas knob on tank wouldn't budge. Overall though we would recommend the property :)

Hi there! My name is Alexey. I am in my early forties, moved to US just a few years ago and live in Folsom CA

I grew up in Russia and still have family there. Made my bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering. Enjoy programming and fine mix of Electronics and Software. Could not stop playing computer games during my school years and traveled a lot around the world whenever got a chance.

Later in my life I met a nice girl called Nila. We have three kids together now. We also have a big dog, black Russian terrier named Bulya and cat named Lol

Currently working for Intel Semiconductors for seventeen years, yet always wanted to have a thing of my own. Hosting is a first real opportunity to create a family business: a right mix of real estate investment, hard work to create unforgettable experience for you, meeting with different people, hospitality and entrepreneurship.

Nila and I are very committed to our success. Working hard together brought us closer to share the same vision and goals. We have learned a lot about ourselves.

We will be happy to help you with anything during your stay with us and make sure your stay with us is pleasant, comfortable and memorable.

In my twenties and thirties I was travelling a lot. Think hiking, mountaineering, rappelling, skiing and more stuff you can do outdoors. When you have home, family and kids doing great outdoors becomes more of the dream for many. Fortunate enough we can combine both by having our home in the middle of the best outdoors out there - Yosemite! We are very happy for the opportunity to share our home and outdoors with you.

Travelling in Yosemite should not be such a big challenge. Difficulty to find comfortable accommodation, food and long drives can be daunting even to the seasoned traveler. Luckily we can offer it all here in our home - with accommodation more affordable than renting a full house or room in the historical hotel, our clean and homey studio is a perfect place to rest and still be in the center of everything the park has to offer. And we have also solved a most important part of the daily meal - our breakfast will wait for you in the fridge to have it when you are ready for early take off or on-the-go.
