Pas besoin de conduire n'importe où, à pied de tous les restaurants locaux, cafés, yoga, gymnases d'escalade, brasseries ... Vous l'appelez ... vous pouvez très probablement vous y rendre. Fantastic property in very close proximity to beach and Oceanside restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Property owner was very accommodating and communicative.

4 night night stay great location able to walk to everything especially the beach! I was pleased with how well it was stocked everything from the kitchen bathrooms and for going to the beach!! I would highly recommend it and will stay next time we go to Oceanside. Hint if you are there on Thursday make sure to walk over to sunset market food trucks from every country

It was wonderful!

We stayed in this property for a few days in Oct. 2021. The owner was prompt and responsive to our questions, and the property was just as portrayed in the listing. The location was a very short walk to the beach and to other amenities in Oceanside. We would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it!

This place is absolutely wonderful! Right across the street from the beach. The house was fully stocked from Aveno lotion to Pink Salt for cooking. Owner was very responsive. Had an initial issue with the dead bolt on the front door. Maintenance Man arrived within two hours to repair the door lock. Nothing but praise for this place!!

Great beach escape

We were looking for a nice beach escape for 2 nights during our visit to California, when we were visiting friends…This place didn’t let us down. The proximity to the beach and downtown was great. Plus the views…you can’t beat the views from the rooftop. We even got to enjoy grilling one night from the rooftop and enjoyed the breathtaking sunset. With two kids the proximity to the beach, via a side entrance was a treat too, especially as there was a playground at the bottom of the stairs as well. It was also helpful there was a wagon at the place to borrow for the beach trip. I’d definitely stay here again if we were passing through. The owner was super easy to talk with and responsive.

A must for a great getaway!

This unit has it all! Comfortable beds. incredibly great kitchen set up including spices, Keurig and pods, sugar spice and all things nice, beach towels, a cart to drag your stuff to the beach, the upper deck has a great view of the ocean, so relaxing with a gas fire pit for a warm ending to your day. Very comfy living area to view movies on their nice sized TV. Nice farm style table to seat 8 easy. Extra blankets for extra comfort! Set back from the street which reduced noise, within walking distance to eateries and sites. A very short walk to the O'side pier and the Surf Museum. So much, so close!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit had everything we needed, in the kitchen and for the beach! Very much appreciated the wagon to take things to the beach! Loved the sunsets from the rooftop deck!

Beautiful property

The place was fantastic. Close to the beach, close to restaurants. The property was clean and had a ton of amenities, and the owner even left us a welcome basket. We did have a little glitch with the freezer, and the owner was kind to remedy that for us in a spectacular manner. The one thing I would advise, if you’re traveling with someone that might have issues with stairs then this property probably isn’t for you as it has 3 flight.

Amazing views and beautiful home!!

The house is fantastic! A great place to spend with our group of 6. The rooms were charming with comfy beds and plenty of linens, towels and supplies. Great open kitchen and the rooftop is the place to be for a sunset bbq. It’s also just a short 8-10 min walk down to the beach-winner winner chicken dinner! The only drawback was the lack of communication from the property manager. For the majority of the times I’d reach out (prior to arrival and after arrival) she’d either not get back to us or it would take days to hear from her. It was extremely frustrating especially when we had accidentally locked ourselves out of the house during our stay and never heard back from her (even after 2 calls and several texts). Thankfully we were able to safely figure it out by the end of the day. Not so fun with two kids in tow. That aside, It was a great vacation full of memories for a lifetime.

Wonderful Beach Getaway!

The property is beautiful! Everything that you need is there for you and the beach is across the street. We spent a lot of time on the roof. The only down side to this was the roof is shared with the adjoining house, separated by a pony wall. Other than that, it was the perfect vacation. I highly recommend this property and will stay there again when in Oceanside.

Spent Father’s Day weekend with my family at this Oceanside location. We loved it. The house is located really close to the beach. The walk was less then 10 minutes.

SO CLOSE YOU CARE HERE THE WAVES!!

The property was beyond our imagination! We had 360 views of the breathtaking Pacific Ocean. The property was immaculately maintained and the owners were so attentive to our needs. It could not have been a better location. The beach was just steps away and the restaurants were just a short walk down the sidewalks. The Southern California sun was so good for our souls! We had a wonderful vacation and found such serenity in our stay. We cannot wait to come back and look forward to staying here again!

what a wonderful place! we had an excellent ocean view on every floor, and the place was absolutely gorgeous. there was everything one could possibly need, including, but not limited to, yoga mats; beach towels; laundry machines; and a fully stocked kitchen. the owners really thought of everything. there was ample amount of space, and we were less than a 5 minute walk to the oceanside pier. great location!!! would come back a million times over, we were very happy with this place!!!

clean, comfortable and close to everything

This condo was so close to the beach and downtown Oceanside. Just parked at condo and walk everywhere. The host had everything we could need from beach chairs and wagon to tea kettle and rice cooker. Cute and cozy with good WiFi. And the roof deck was the best part, enjoyed my coffee with beautiful views of the water in the morning and a glass of wine catching the sunset in the evening. Would highly recommend!
