Condo confortable au premier Ă©tage avec terrasse et barbecue

Récemment meublé et décoré. Chambre familiale confortable avec un canapé inclinable et une causeuse inclinable avec une télévision à écran plat 65 pouces. Cuisine récemment mise à jour avec table pour 4 personnes et accÚs au patio. Chambre de rechange a un lit queen, une commode et 2 grands placards. La chambre principale a un lit queen-size, une commode, un accÚs au patio, un grand dressing, avec un espace de bonne taille menant à la salle de bain principale avec baignoire et douche. Salle de bain est nouvellement mis à jour avec une belle promenade dans la douche. La terrasse couverte est agréable et privée avec un barbecue pour votre usage et une table pour 4 personnes. Marcher à la piscine est trÚs proche. 1 emplacement de parking couvert et parking visiteurs.

Great Location

This was our second time staying at this property. You can't beat the location in the heart of Old Town. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Arizona.

Home away from home

This is our second time staying at this property. The owner as usual was very attentive asking if all was okay and if we needed anything. The location is great and it is very quiet. The condo is very comfortable and well supplied.

The property was well furnished, clean, well stocked, the owner was very attentive to our needs and comfort with excellent and helpful communications and the location was perfect for our needs with walking access to the canal, Old Town, the Fashion Mall, nearby restaurants and groceries. The property is well located. It is also stocked with an abundance of disposable items. Also, the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and serving pieces. The owner was eager to communicate in response to questions that arose. Our stay was uneventful and delightful!

"Home"

I have stayed several times at this property and I like to call it my "Home". This is an exceptionally well decorated and comfortable condo in a great location. It is well stocked with supplies, kitchen appliances and utensils. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with large closets in both bedrooms. The owner Lynn is very accomodating. I will continue to make this my property of choice. "Home".

Ideal Location

This property is close to Old Town, Scottsdale Fashion Square, restaurants and the 101. The apartment was nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked if you are inclined to cook, and the beds are very comfortable. Toiletries and kitchen staples were supplied so we didn't have buy those things. Lynn was very responsive when we had questions and helpful when we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place & have already booked another stay

The location of the condo is very close to Old Towne, extremely convenient. The layout of the unit is very functional and with four of staying there we all had plenty of room. The unit was very quiet and clean. Plenty of drawers and closets. The patio is shaded which was very nice in high summer temperatures. Parking was nearby so it was very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked had we wanted to cook. With Old Town so close we had many great restaurants to sample. The TV and wine bar added to the experience. The airport is about twenty minutes away and the 101 is around the corner for easy access. The condo owner was quick to reply to any questions we had. We loved the experience and have already booked the unit for another stay.

Loved this property!

The pictures did not do this property justice. It was much nicer! There was an issue with cleanliness and the owners were devastated. They offered to send a cleaning crew immediately. We declined as we had already done the cleaning and it wasn't really bad. None the less they credited a nights stay. The garbage disposal broke down and they had it repaired immediately. A very pleasant and memorable stay.

Above expectations

This 2 bedroom apartment was well stocked. Shower supplies, ki pods for coffee,cleaning supplies and variety of cooking utensils. The location was right on the trolley line, so easy to get places. The owner,Lynn was great to work with. Responded quickly to answer questions/concerns. Will definitely stay here again
