3 lits / 2. 5 salles de bain belle maison récemment rénovée avec tout le confort dans une maison loin de chez eux. Situé dans l'un des quartiers les plus recherchés de Détroit, Martin Park. Près du quartier universitaire et du Detroit Golf Club. Près des autoroutes principales. En entrant, vous êtes accueillis avec le sentiment charmant de la maison; art coloré, luminaires modernes, comptoirs en granit, air central et planchers de bois franc partout.
Ceci est une maison à 2 niveaux, joliment décorée avec votre confort à l'esprit. Situé à proximité du célèbre couloir Livernois rythmé par les boutiques et les restaurants locaux. Idéalement situé avec un accès facile aux principaux sites: 15 minutes du centre-ville de Detroit et 10 minutes de Ferndale, Oak Park et Mid-Town Detroit.

Cette maison magnifiquement organisée a été entièrement rénovée et redécorée du sol au toit avec un mélange unique de confort antique et moderne du 21e siècle. En entrant, vous serez accueillis avec le charme de la maison. Luminaires modernes, comptoirs en granit, air climatisé central, foyer et planchers de bois franc partout. La cuisine a été mise à jour avec de nouveaux appareils haut de gamme, des sols et dosserets carrelés, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable (casseroles, poêles, friteuse à air, mixeur, mijoteuse, toster, vaisselle, serviettes, condiments de cuisine et savon). Le plus récent verrou d'entrée de bloc de code de sécurité mis à jour.

La chambre principale est meublée avec un lit queen size en fer forgé, une armoire et une coiffeuse / bureau, une télévision, un ventilateur de plafond avec une salle de bain complète privée. La deuxième chambre est meublée de lits jumeaux et la troisième d'un lit queen-size, d'une télévision et d'un bureau. La salle de bain principale a été entièrement rénovée. Décoré avec une baignoire sur pattes, un robinet de douche à main français, un sol et des murs récemment carrelés. Le sous-sol est conçu pour le divertissement, les jeux et la détente, il comprend un canapé-lit queen-size, une télévision grand écran et une cheminée.

Pour votre plaisir, il y a une véranda qui donne sur une arrière-cour complète avec gazebo. Il y a une allée pour le stationnement sur place.

We were in Detroit for a Eucharistic Conference and booked this property for 3 days. From start to finish everything went smoothly. The property is very clean and beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The Host was always very responsive to our communications. We highly recommend this property.

This gorgeous home is a wonderful place to stay in Detroit. The area has a neighborhood feel and the owner has lovingly decorated. All a family’s needs are met including laundry room, game area with retro arcade, kitchen and dining room, living room, and three bedrooms. There is plenty more space for shared time and lots of room to relax independently. One of the bedrooms had two beds which was perfect for sons. The full bath had a spacious tub. Ample parking is included and I was even able to plug in my EV for trickle charging. This is our home away from home in Detroit and we would love to stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Gorgeous, Bright, and Cheerful home. The house was very clean and decorated for the holidays. The kids also loves the snacks from companies in Michigan along with all the games in the basement. There was also a wide book selection. We would stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Sharon's rental. The layout of the house makes it seem spacious with room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the basement game room and we enjoyed sitting in the living room with the electric fireplace going with a book. The house was convenient to both downtown and Dearborn where we visited attractions and restaurants and Sharon was very responsive with suggestions as well as all house details and check-in and check-out instructions. She is thoughtful with special snacks and decorative touches around the home. The house is tidy and clean with historic charm. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay if our travels take us to Detroit again!

A beautiful & spotlessly clean house with colorful and glam decor. Whoever runs this rental puts obvious heart, soul, and meticulous attention to detail into every aspect of the space for the guest.It was a great place to stay while exploring Detroit & especially to unwind in the evening, with all the comforts of home. Nice for a visit to the city

This cute place was exactly what our family of five needed. It was clean, close to the city, ok location, and very well priced. We enjoyed our time there and the kids (9, 6, 3) all enjoyed the game selection, mini arcade and rooms. It was well kept and the back yard was a mini oasis away from all the hussle of the main attraction: Detroit.Highly recommend.

Great destination

Sharon has set up the perfect destination for short term and long-term stays. The neighborhood is nice and travel accessible to the area. The house is decorated with a lot of style and clean. She was very thoughtful in the amenities she provided. She was accessible and very helpful. I would use her property again.

Great home for families!

We had a wonderful stay at Sharon’s place. The communication leading up to our stay and during our stay was great. We traveled with another couple and our children, kids were 2, 3, and 5, and we all had a wonderful time. The downstairs game room was a hit for all, and the backyard was great too. Close to downtown and other activities! I would stay here again.

Wow!!! well appointed and thought out. Sharon’s place of everything that we needed to feel right at home. She provided snacks and coffee and other beverages. The beds were very comfortable and linens. were very crisp and clean. Great game room and beautiful yard.

House was very lovely. The layout is great and there was a lot of thought that went into decorating the house. Everything you need is there. All we needed to bring was food !!!! The backyard is very pretty and the entire property is well kept. This was a beautifully appointed home. It was spotless and so well decorated. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the instructions for using different appliances (the very important coffee maker!) were easy to follow. Sharon has thought of everything.We explored several places in and around downtown Detroit. This home is indeed minutes to almost everywhere you would like to go in the city. There were no big games going on (Lions, Tigers, or Wings), so traffic was not challenging at all. If there is a game going on when you visit, it might be a little more difficult to get around. The home is one street over from Detroit Mercy's campusOverall, this was a lovely place to stay and I would HIGHLY recommend the Gorgeous, Bright & Cheerful Detroit home.

Great House!

This house is so nice! There’s plenty of games and activities if you want to have a rest day. All of our family loved the house, it is an old house and has many furniture pieces to fit the houses aesthetic. The property owner is very sweet and checked in multiple times to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. There’s a nice little backyard the kids loved running in. The claw foot tub was one of my favorite things about the house! Overall, amazing experience and we’re very happy we booked this house!

Great Homebase to explore Detroit

Sharon’s home was the perfect place for my family of four to stay as we explored Detroit. In between the Zoo and Downtown, about 20 minutes to each, we were able to see and do a lot in our 4 days.The house is so charming, well stocked, and has plenty of activities for adults and kids (our’s are 6 and 9). The kitchen has the most spices, condiments, and seasonings of any place we’ve stayed, which helps if you prefer to cook at home.The basement has a ton of board games and the video games were a nice bonus. The electric fireplace and blankets kept the space cozy while watching tv.The house is thoughtfully decorated from the art to the book selection. The Detroit-made snacks were a nice touch too!My kids are already asking when we’ll be back!

Better than the pictures!

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette party weekend and we were LOVING the adorable interior and exterior! Sharon truly did a great job making this home incredibly inviting and fun. The backyard was much bigger than it shows and we enjoyed the bonfire pit at night. The house is stocked with all the essentials you need! Sharon was also amazing with answering all of our questions fully and quickly. We felt incredibly safe in the area, especially with the smart locks on the doors and the fact that you could close the gate to the driveway. Would 100% recommended staying here!

Perfect for our needs

We stayed here during WSU graduation weekend and it felt so cozy. Check-in was easy and lights were on for us when we arrived. The home was decorated beautifully and equipped with snacks, drinks, cozy socks & slippers. Holiday decorations and Christmas mugs filled with goodies were appreciated and jolly. Sharon was very quick to respond when we had a couple questions. The teens loved the downstairs games, fireplace and large TV. The only thing that was different from previous reviews I read was that there was not a driveway gate to shut our cars into the backyard. There was plenty of driveway parking in the back and there was security lighting, so it was okay. This was a clean, lovely place to stay.
