Perfect condo, great location, quiet, clean

Great condo, easy indoor access to the Ritz hotel, ski lockers easily accessible, clean, quiet, ski in/out, comfortable beds. Would love to visit again.

Great Ski In Ski Out stay- ultimate convenience.

Loved our stay. Comfortable high end furnishings. Essentially 2 master suites, and loved being right on the mountain and literally next door to the Ski Valet which stores skis and boots overnight. Everyone was super friendly and appreciate that they fully charged our Tesla for free.

Amazing Vacation!

My family absolutely loved our stay at the Constellation Residences. It was really great to have both the comforts of home and the benefits of resort all wrapped into one trip. Kate’s unit is in such a great location, with ease of being able to walk right out of the unit into the outdoors. The property was very clean and had all of the basic kitchen essentials. The Constellation staff was also great and very welcoming! We cannot wait to return. We fell in LOVE with area and we sad to leave.

Simply the BEST!

Every summer, we go to Tahoe and stay at the Ritz. This year, we opted to stay at Kate's beautiful condo at Constellation. It was wonderful to have a nice kitchen to cook and not feel compelled to always go out to eat. We also traveled with our dogs and the condo was on the first floor with super easy access to exit to allow our pups to go potty. Kate was so helpful and accommodating. For that, we are grateful. We plan to make Kate's condo part of our annual summer retreat. THANK YOU! A+

You're not at the Ritz

There were several items of maintenance and housekeeping that were not up to par. The owner, when contacted, did promptly respond and correct the problems. The biggest disappointment was the poor relationship between the Ritz Hotel and the owner’s property management group "Constellation". The Constellation property manager was not on site the first two days of our visit. We had no idea who Constellation was, we thought we were staying at a Ritz property. We were wrong: The hotel staff for the building we were in refused to give us any assistance. They in fact, displayed an obvious negative attitude for guests who were staying with Constellation managed rooms vs their own. To the ridiculous point that when we requested a replacement roll of toilet paper, they actually refused to give us one. There is obviously some dispute between the two organizations that needs to be resolved. If the name Ritz is over the front door of the building we checked into, they should have taken care of us until Constellation was back on site, then work out the issue with them. Instead, they ignored us and left us hanging in the wind.

Family Northstar getaway

Perfect location for bringing your pet as the patio leads directly to a grass area in the back and you don't need to go through the elevator. This would also be very convenient in the winter for true ski in/out. Very easy access to the pool/patio area of the Ritz with a nice path way. Condo is exactly as pictured. Very friendly, professional, and courteous staff

Great room and amazing staff!

Loved our stay the staff is amazingly friendly. And the free Valet service and parking was a plus! Perfect stay for our girls trip plenty of space to sleep and nice amenities.

Beautiful Property

The property was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a girls weekend away. It was great to have the amenities of the hotel along with having the space of the living room and kitchen for downtime. The customer service and communications prior to arrival were so helpful as well. I would love to return during the winter with my family as the space is perfect for kids as well, again with the convenience of having a full kitchen and ample space. We had a great stay!
