Scape the hustle of the big city in my renovated house located in Flaming Heights in Yucca Valley. With a minimalist aesthetic the home was designed for peace and relaxation. 20 minutes driving to Joshua Tree National Park and numerous areas of interests a short drive away, the property offers a comfortable, serene, secluded atmosphere with modern convenience. A perfect desert gateway or a remote workplace with fast and reliable WIFI access.
Over 1200 sqtf my house is modern, spacious and comfortable. An open design takes in a spacious living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen with nearly everything you might need to prepare and serve a good meal. The outdoor space has a covered patio with table and seating for outdoor dining. Around the property you'll find plenty of lounge seating to take in the Mountain View. In addition, I offer charcoal BQB for grilling, ping-pong table, board games among other. During the hot Summer days cool off in the Cowboy stork tank or take an outside shower with very cold water. Let's not forget the hot tube where you can soak after a long day and take in those beautiful sunset or night skies. Perfect for star gazing. Very nice property with beautiful views
This property is very cute! Perfect for couples or 4 people. It would be ideal to visit when it’s a bit warmer. It was windy and cold as low as 40 degrees. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because it was freezing inside the home. I did contact the host and she was very prompt in responding, but there is no access to thermostat and host changed it on her end, but it was set to 66 degrees. Also, there was a strong smell of Raid or bug spray upon entering.

Fantastic property and location
The property and house are fantastic as well as their location. We loved sitting in the hot tub and admiring the sunsets and then stargazing. Went on a great hike at Black Mountain Butte which was less than a 10 minute drive to the trail head. Saw lots of rock formations similar to what you see in Joshua Tree NP. View from top of the Butte was great! Would love to stay here again.

Great Escape
We had an excellent stay at this home, which was a really nice jumping off point for Joshua Tree NP, great places to eat and other local attractions. The property was super-clean, well-equipped and very peaceful. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and looking up at all of the stars each night (many, many more than we are able to see in the Bay Area)! Geralda was extremely communicative and helpful when we had any questions and we would definitely look to stay here again when back down in the area.

Expectations met!
My daughter and I looked looked at so many VRBO's online for our special vacation together. I live in MT and she, Fort Irwin, CA. We discussed numerous places and finally decided on this rental and I'm so thankful we did. Joshua Tree NP during the day and relaxing in the hot tub under the stars at night. So many shooting stars! It was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean and fresh on the inside, fun and exciting on the outside. I've never seen so many seating areas, all with their own ambience. We had a cowboy pool, cornhole, ping-hole and jenga. It was such a wonderful place to stay. I'm sure we'll be back. Sincere thanks!
