Notre maison est idéalement située à proximité des magasins et restaurants haut de gamme de Fig Garden Village. Il a également un excellent accès à l'autoroute 41 et l'accès aux parcs nationaux de Yosemite et de Kings Canyon. La maison est entièrement meublée et dispose de toutes les commodités que l'on peut attendre d'un hôtel, y compris des serviettes, du savon et des draps propres. Nous avons une grande cour arrière pour profiter et une piscine idéale pour se rafraîchir en été.

Great house and location

Great house for a family. Very accommodating with requests. Only thing is that we wished there was more towels and beach towels for the pool. Otherwise, easy access to the major roads and close to shopping areas.

The location was perfect for our family. There were some issues with dust in the corners in the living room and lack of dimmers on any light as well as NO lighting in the garage. We made do, but some simple fixes would make this house outstanding. It is run a bit like dormitory. The host was responsive but needs attention as the "pavers" shortcut to the front door are not useable and without a light in the garage it was difficult at first for access. The dining room should be where the foosball game is located and the current dining room used as a den. Cobwebs in front room corner, needs another arm chair in front room and a true couch not a fold out bed that sags. Without dimmers a stand light in the front room is essential.

Celebration of family

It was a nice get away from Wa & the perfect size house to have a large family bbq. The pool was great entertainment for the kids & adults. Spent an entire day and a half with family coming and going. It was quite nice to stay in one place instead of running all over Fresno since we never have enough time to see everyone. This time we seen the most we've ever seen during our visits. Thank you for sharing your home & making that possible.

This property is in bad condition. We arrived to a house with no working AC. The house was out dated. The game equipment was broken being held together with tape. They were no wash clothes i had to go out and purchase some

Disgusting Home

This house was nothing like the description online. There are too many things to list that were a major problem. The cleanliness of the home was a zero if I could rate it that. The carpet & rugs were so gross we couldn’t even take our shoes off the three days we stayed here. There were beer cans in the planter out front. Outlets in the bathroom didn’t even work. The main light in the dining area can’t be turned on without the fan on full blast. And there were cobwebs EVERYWHERE. Not to mention hair on almost every surface throughout the house. There is no way this home was vacuumed before our stay. I know there is more I am not remembering but this gives you a good idea of why we were so disappointed with our stay.

Melanie wanted to cancel her reservation the day before she arrived without any reasons. She wanted a full refund, but due to our cancellation policy she can’t get a full refund back. She even threatened if I don’t give her a full refund she will write us a bad review even though there’s nothing wrong with the house.

Disappointing at Best

The outside of the property and the neighborhood was quite nice, as well as the central location. The layout and space of the house was very good for the amount of people we had. But the inside was not up to the standards of every other VRBO property that we have stayed at. The furniture was dirty, as well as having torn upholstery. The carpet was stained and dirty, the air vents were completely covered in dust, the furnishings were early Goodwill at best, the baseboards were filthy, not to mention dirty walls and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Did they even clean it before we arrived? There was a pair of mens underwear hanging in the closet! The pool was cloudy and the patio furniture was substandard. The host did say the "pool people" had come the day before and the water was fine. ( Being pool owners we knew this was not the case).The most disappointing feature was that I mentioned we were unhappy ( we left a day early with no compensation) and we did not receive response back until the following day just before we checked out. The host asked what were our concerns, which I did identify, but did not receive an acknowledgement or response. No attempt was made to rectify the situation. We took pictures of all the issues which were too numerous to mention. I should mention that the bathrooms and kitchen were clean, which was a welcomed surprise , although one of the bathrooms had broken louvered window covers over the toilet, allowing peepers to peep!

Huge home way bigger than expected

The home was huge and clean. The pool had some bugs and stuff from the tree in it that we tried to clean out but took too long so we didn’t get to utilize the pool. There was only local tv channels on the tv With no Netflix or smart tv apps to play anything. Other than that the house was super clean, smelled great, fresh linens, and great area. I highly recommend this home to anyone. If you need a lot of space then this is the right place.

New Years Gathering of Old Friends

The property was well cared for both inside and out. The size of the house easily accommodated our group of 12 life-long friends. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with place settings, utensils, glassware, etc. The built-in oven, stove and dishwasher as well as the microwave oven and refrigerator were in good working order and ready to satisfy our needs. The value received for the rental price is considered good. The property owner/manager was available to answer questions and provide informational assistance for the couple of times needed during our 3 day/night stay. The check in and check out process was easy and efficient. The only "minor problems" encountered were: - There were no DVD or CD players available, - The Fireplace was not available for our use, - The HDTV was not able to receive the ESPN/ESPN 2 broadcasts of football games including the Rose Bowl on New Years day. The bottom line is that we highly recommend the facility and accommodating property owner for use by others. If needed would also return should the need arrise.
