This unit has its own outside shower. Across the street is a Full Court Basketball and numerous Tennis courts for the sport minded. Kids will love it. Town Center starts at 33rd street and continues to 20th street, all within walking distancer or quick bike ride� property includes 1 off street parking spot ( West side facing building ).
