House was very clean and stocked with everything you would expect. Worked perfectly for our weekend stay. Host communicated with us about our arrival. Loved the fenced in back yard, and there's a baby gate in the closet if needed. Would definitely stay again! Thanks!

Great Stay

We actually stayed in the Maroon 5 house. 1st time renting a house for a 4 night stay for 5 people. Loved the kitchen, well stocked with kitchen supplies. Our favorite part of the house was the huge open living room in the basement. I would rent this house again.

Nice smaller home

We did a group golf trip and stayed in two of Brad’s properties near each other. Houses were nice, area felt safe. We probably would have preferred a larger home for all of us but the short term rental market in Sioux City area has limited offerings. So Brad’s properties were wonderful rather than staying in the hotel at the casino nearby. Thanks Brad!

So Easy to Work With

This was my second time staying in this house. It is a great option for a family who wants to stay together in the Sergeant Bluff/Sioux City area. This last visit was for a family funeral and we liked being together in a comfortable setting. It is easy to get around with some great amenities and food options nearby. Brad is always easy to communicate with. I recommend it.

House and location was wonderful for our stay. 5 adults, an infant and 2 dog fit very comfortably in the house with plenty of room to spare. Neighborhood was nice and quiet making for great evening walks without worries. Enjoyed the humor in the welcome/house rules book making for a great laugh and not forget to mention the extremely comfortable beds! Exactly what was needed after a 14hr drive! Would stay again and recommend!!

Clean and Comfortable

Fire extinguisher would be good safety addition. Lighter, brighter paint on walls would be more inviting. Dark colors feel foreboding. We appreciated the kitchen was well equipped, except knives were bad. Basement bathroom needs work: shower head is not secure to wall, caulking is discolored and peeling off, cement shower base could be finished, clean up paint spots and smears. Christmas tree was great!

Great location, close to grocery store, gas, food and right off the freeway. Plenty of room to lounge out and great kitchen to cook our meals. Friendly host and responded quickly when we had a question. Would recommend this home and would stay again when we come back to visit our families!
