Cette unité comprend des comptoirs en granit et Keurig dans la cuisine, une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD dans le salon, une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur et un accÚs au balcon spacieux depuis le salon ainsi que la chambre principale. Il y a un lit King dans le maßtre avec une télévision à écran plat et salle de bain privée. La chambre a un lit Queen, TV écran plat et accÚs à la salle de bain du hall. Cette unité peut accueillir un total de 6 avec un canapé-lit dans le salon.

The condo was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and supplies. We enjoyed the balcony and utilized it often.

Great condo with a beautiful ocean view

The condo was super cute! Great beach vibes with the colors, decor and furniture. Very clean & easy, quick beach access with a beautiful ocean view! We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony! Great communication also. Highly recommended and we will be back soon!!

Great stay and location

Great place to stay. Location was great. The condo was cozy and clean. Beautiful ocean views. Love the patio. The condo was equipped with essential items to make a quick meal. The only concern was the provided iron and ironing board. Overall, we had a great stay. I will stay here again in the future.

Overall, Lovely! See prior comments —per Liquid Life site —when they sent email regarding comments on the unit as we used it on our stay. Our “sugar white snow” here in CO reminds us of GS!

It’s all about the view!

I can’t say enough good things. The condo was nicely furnished. It was super clean. Parking was easy. Literally just an elevator ride and then steps to the beach. And, the view! It was amazing.

Great location

Condo location was great. Condo could use some additional kitchen towels and hot pads. Also there weren’t any beach chairs nor beach towels so we had to go and purchase our own. Also the heavy equipment running at 2am was very irritating.

The beds are awful. I didn't get the first good night's sleep because they were so hard!

I will never stay at this condo again. Even my kids complained about how hard the beds were. Thankful it was only 3 nights! Vacation should include relaxing... The owners need to purchase new mattresses for sure!

Quick Family Weekend Getaway

The condo looked exactly like the pictures. After a small mix-up with check-in (we had the bldg next door in GPS), we arrived at our booked condo and were relieved. Property Mgr was attentive and easy to reach with simple questions. The condo was stocked with appropriate supplies in the kitchen and bedrooms. Beds are firm just in case you are used to a softer mattress. Great beach access with service available once outside of condo in case you don't bring your own chairs and umbrellas. My family enjoyed the entire weekend including area restaurants.

Overall was a great experience but other properties Around ours must allow smoking. While out on balcony we could smell smoke which made it a little unpleasant. FYI, the master tub does not drain well. Needed up standing in water by end of shower.

We enjoyed our stay!!

We loved the condo, especially all the personal touches and Colors, super relaxing. We love staying at Crystal Shores West and Crystal Shores, great area. Our only complaint was the amount of Dog Hair throughout the condo, the couch was covered. We are still finding hair while unpacking. I am So sorry to complain, but we boarded our dog because I have so many allergies to different dogs and cats so I searched for a condo that pets were not allowed at. I understand owners are allowed to bring pets. I'm just mentioning this because some people have severe allergies and would not have been able to stay, it could have cause a problem. Thank goodness I was able to take allergy meds and was fine.

Cleanliness was ok. I'm not sure the floors had been swept before we got there, but overall nothing we couldn't take care of. I do believe the owners should clean out closets in master bedroom so guest can use closets. I was not able to hang my clothes in there due to shelves being in there, that was full with owners stuff. 1 of the elevators was down the last 2 days we were there, which made for a lot of standing and waiting, especially the day we were checking out trying to get all of our stuff out in time for check out. Let me say we have stayed at Crystal Shores West before in a different unit and loved it and will go back again, just bad timing for the elevators. I wish maybe they could have just notified the guest on what was going on with maybe estimated time they might have been fixed. Staff was great.

Reviewer Comments: With so much uncertainty around with Covid-19, and Hurricane Laura passing around the area as we prepared for our vacation, this ultimately ended up being an amazingly wonderful anniversary vacation. We have stayed at Crystal Shores West numerous times, but this was our first visit to unit 603. The unit was extremely well cleaned and sanitized in preparation for our visit. When we arrived, some of the balcony chairs were tied to the railing because of the hurricane, but a quick text to Liquid Life and they had maintenance removing the ties before we even got back from dinner. Everything was great with this unit, and it helped make for a tremendously relaxing and very needed vacation during this pandemic. If I absolutely had to pick something negative, I guess I'd say that the mattresses were a little firm for our liking, but if you like firm mattresses that's not really a negative for you. Great unit, great building, great time!
