Home was in very good condition, it was decorated nicely and was sparkling clean. The host was attentive. The exterior door light was out and someone came quickly to fix it. The kitchen had almost everything I needed. I just needed to borrow a 9 x 13 glass baking pan and a cheese grater from my daughter. I would highly recommend this rental and would return here in the future.

Family visit

House was clean and comfortable. The house was located near shopping and food. Neighborhood was quite with very little traffic. Would highly recommend the property for your visit to the area.

Larger than the photos. Nicely decorated with sufficient cookware in the kitchen. Plenty of clean towels. And Comfortable beds. Pull out sofa was also comfortable. Parking spot was generously sized that offered shade in the hot sun. Only at the end of our trip did we discover the switch to simply turn on the gas fireplace. Bedrooms are away from the from so noise from the street was not heard but you could hear it from the living room which wasn’t a huge deal for us. Had a great time located here.

Fantastic experience! I will book again and again!

I've stayed in many VRBO's over the years and this lovely home rates high on the list as one of my favorites for many reasons. First, it is absolutely beautiful, clean, updated and comfortable with every attention to detail. Comfortable beds, super soft linens, warm blankets and nice pillows. New shower with high pressure and hot water, spacious fully equipped kitchen, and comfy living room furniture with a fireplace and big screen tv. We stayed here over Thanksgiving and it truly made our holiday very special and warm and inviting. Kim is a wonderful host, very communicative, and kind. I visit Beaverton often and hope to stay at her rental every time. As to the street noise - do not be discouraged! I am a light sleeper and I had no trouble sleeping soundly every night. Granted, the home is located on a main road, but I found that traffic quieted down at a reasonable hour and as a bonus, the 2nd bedroom around back is extra quiet and I had zero issues with street noise. Enjoy!!

perfect laid back accommodations

A two bedroom/one bath unit in a duplex on a somewhat busy street. The unit had a bit of a lived-in look but it was clean, all of appliances worked, it was quiet. The owner was very pleasant to deal with. The beds were comfortable. Probably not the best place to host a garden party but if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to serve as a home base while in the area put this place on your short list. I would happily stay here again.

Nice Place to Stay

The place was a nice place to stay, very comfortable and added to the enjoyment of our trip. It was nicely furnished and had lots of kitchen items for cooking. The rental was very comfortable, the rooms were decent size, the beds were comfortable to sleep on and we found the book of local places very handy. The location was very convenient with lots of places to go within a very short distance of the property. I would stay here again.

Homey, clean and comfortable.

I stayed with my daughter and two teenage grandsons. We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was clean and just like the picture exhibited it to be. We cooked, played games and watched television. All the amenities needed for meals including spices etc. Even a full oven. As a bonus one grandson attended prom while we were there and needed a last minute boutenere. I went into the yard and found the last tulip of the season made him one. There was tape in drawer and oddly enough a pink plastic ribbon hanging on the fence. I was the hero. The host was available when needed by phone. We would definitely stay again.

Nice getaway!

We had a great time at this property. Great location and good size for the 4 of us. We enjoyed our family Christmas here! Beds were comfortable and the shower head was amazing. The kitchen needs a few more supplies (no dishwasher soap or kitchen bags. Could also use a few more pots and pans as we tried to cook meals during our stay). Thank you!

With a little TLC it could be great.

Home needs some work. Black mold on walls above shower, stains on couch, chipped wine glasses. The creaky beds were incredibly difficult to sleep in. Every tiny move made a booming noise. Owner not promptly responsive to date request change costing me 3 night’s stay when we only stayed 2.

This review is in accurate. The cancelation would have been charged because of the time request. However, the refund was made out of the goodness of the homeowner. There is only 2-night charge for this reservation. The beds are new so not sure the booming noise means. Overall, this is an inaccurate review.

Convenient and worked for our stay

There are two units, the one pictured and the one it is attached to. The layout is the same, but the furniture is not. The back unit that we stayed in had a more worn sofa and two leather recliners that were peeling at the headrest. That being said, the house had a layout that worked well for my family. The beds were comfortable, we liked having a large dining table and there were many TV streaming options. The kitchen was adequately supplied so that I could make a small belated Thankgiving dinner and the shower has excellent pressure and feels like a hotel shower. The wood floor worked well for my mother-in-law that walks with a cane. There was street noise at night like other reviews listed, but ear plugs fixed that. Honestly, except for the sofa and recliners, the house was perfect.

Nice, clean house in a great location

This house has everything you need for a few weeks’ stay. I was thrilled at the size of the house, and there’s a backyard area for kids to play. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, and everything was neat and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Super clean!

The property was super clean and well stocked. Communication with the owner was excellent. Located on a busy street so a bit noisy and heavy traffic in early morning and evening. Would stay here again!
