Notre condo studio avec mini-cuisine et une salle de bain complète est idéalement situé à côté de toutes les commodités du complexe, y compris une piscine chauffée, un bain à remous et un centre de fitness.

Nouvellement mis à jour !!! Tous les nouveaux meubles, nouveau lit avec literie et décoration. Lit King, canapé-lit, salle de bain complète. La kitchenette comprend un grand réfrigérateur, deux brûleurs, des micro-ondes, un grille-pain, une cafetière, une télévision à écran plat. Si vous le souhaitez, jouxte le # 306 pour plus d'espace et d'intimité.

Il y a aussi une navette d'hiver qui part à 9 h 05 et revient du purgatoire à 16 h 05.

Politique d'annulation: Un paiement de 300 $ est requis au moment de la réservation. Ce paiement de 300 $ est appliqué sur le montant total dû et n'est remboursable que dans les 72 heures suivant la réservation. Si votre date d'arrivée est dans les 45 jours suivant la réservation, le paiement intégral est exigé au moment de la réservation. Les annulations ou les modifications qui entraînent un séjour écourté, qui sont effectuées dans les quarante-cinq (45) jours suivant la date d'arrivée, perdent le montant total de la réservation tandis que les annulations effectuées plus de quarante-cinq (45) jours avant votre arrivée ne sont perdues que le paiement de 300 $ effectué au moment de la réservation. Pour les réservations d'au moins trente (30) nuits, la politique d'annulation ci-dessus passe à soixante (60) jours avant la date d'arrivée. Nous offrons une assurance voyage.

Loved the view!!

Tammaron is a very nice property, and the condo was as advertised. We found the kitchen provisions slightly underpar and lighting lacking for cooking (which we did) and dining. The full size fridge was nice. Comfortable bed and ample towels. Enjoyed waking to be beautiful mountain view. We rented e-bikes and enjoyed riding around the property. Would stay again.

Not what we expected

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room is basically a hotel room with some rustic furniture, some in need of repair or replacement. The picture in the ad shows a bright room. In reality, it's quite dark unless you open the window shades up all the way which doesn't work a night. The light and fan over the bed does not work. There is not a light at all over the table, not even a lamp. The microwave/oven appears to be the newest appliance and appears to have a lot capability, if there were only some instructions to go with it. The Mr. Coffee worked great! The stove had been wiped "at" but was still very greasy to the touch. The "gift" that came with the room was a box of cleaning products which were needed to finish where the cleaning service left off. There were what appeared to be food bits on the floor in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The lighting in the kitchen and bathroom was fine so no excuse there. The beautiful window at the end of the room where you can look out at the mountains has not been cleaned in a long time, taking away from the view. The bathroom was clean except for the food (chips) on the floor. We did not make use of the other amenities e.g. Pool/hot tub available at the property, so I can't comment on those. The carpet appears fairly new and is not stained, where as the wall paper was starting to peel at "many" of the seams which further indicates that this room is in need of some attention. On a positive, there were no bugs. Also note that your contact information will be shared and you will start receiving SPAM before you get home from your vacation.

Rather than give me a new key, she insisted it was a problem with the lock on the door and called maintenance. After a nice gentleman from maintenance spent time to service the lock on the door (and I continued to wait to get into my room), he determined that the problem was, in fact, the key. It would have been nice if the front desk personnel had taken a few minutes to check the key first, as I had requested more than once.

The wallpaper is held together with thumbtacks. There's a small hole above our bed in the Ceiling and the air conditioning unit stopped working midway through the night. We had to stop it and restart it to get it to run.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our trip to Durango this July was fantastic! The condo was perfect for my 4th grade son and I. Charming mountain themed decor, very clean, and comfy. Heads up if you travel in summer....the air conditioner does not work very well and it hit 97 degrees one day. The bed was comfortable but next time we will bring our own pillows. Also, BYO toiletries. You’ll get a “starter set” but its tiny and no body lotion or face soap. All that to say, we would definitely stay again! For onsite activities, BYO tennis rackets/ pickle ball and also note the sauna/ steam rooms are in the men’s and women’s locker rooms and for 18+. We didn’t use the gym but it is big, clean, very well equipped. Pool and hot tub were sparkling and both onsite restaurants were super. Would be nice to have beverage service at the pool since you can’t bring outside drinks. Basecamp (vegan- amazing pulled “pork” and oat milk ice cream!) and Mineshaft (incredible blackened chicken). Reservations recommended. Would have liked an earlier check in/ later checkout but it worked out fine! Also highly recommend the purgatory mtn resort activity pass if you are there is warm weather! So. Much. Fun.
