Notre condo d'une chambre comprend un loft, une mini-cuisine et une salle de bain complète. Il est idéalement situé à côté de toutes les commodités du complexe, notamment une piscine chauffée, un bain à remous et un centre de remise en forme.

Cette unité de loft a un lit Queen au niveau principal et un lit Queen dans le loft. Très beaux meubles et lits en bois - canapé-lit tout neuf dans le salon. Il y a une kitchenette de style vintage avec réfrigérateur de 10 pieds cubes, deux brûleurs de cuisinière, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière. Une salle de bain complète est également au niveau principal. Deux téléviseurs à écran plat + un lecteur DVD. Le téléviseur à écran plat dans le salon est un tout nouveau téléviseur SMART de 40 pouces (possibilité de regarder Netflix lorsque vous vous connectez à votre compte). Foyer électrique ajouté pour rendre ce condo encore plus confortable!

LES COMMODITÉS SUR PLACE COMPRENNENT: piscine intérieure, piscine extérieure chauffée, bain à remous, sauna, douche à vapeur, centre de fitness, golf, tennis, aire de jeux, restaurant et bar, centre d'événements. Il y a aussi une navette de ski d'hiver offerte à des heures fixes pour nos clients à destination et en provenance du purgatoire.

Politique d'annulation: Un paiement de 300 $ est requis au moment de la réservation. Ce paiement de 300 $ est appliqué sur le montant total dû et n'est remboursable que dans les 72 heures suivant la réservation. Si votre date d'arrivée est dans les 45 jours suivant la réservation, le paiement intégral est exigé au moment de la réservation. Les annulations ou les modifications qui entraînent un séjour écourté, qui sont effectuées dans les quarante-cinq (45) jours de la date d'arrivée, perdent le montant total de la réservation tandis que les annulations faites plus de quarante-cinq (45) jours avant votre arrivée ne sont perdues que le paiement de 300 $ effectué au moment de la réservation. Pour les réservations d'au moins trente (30) nuits, la politique d'annulation ci-dessus passe à soixante (60) jours avant la date d'arrivée. Nous offrons une assurance voyage.

Désolé, pas d'animaux à Tamarron. Le 4x4 est recommandé en hiver.

Restez avec nous et nous offrons des RÉDUCTIONS sur les activités d'été (rafting, équitation, etc.) et d'hiver (location de ski / snowboard, promenades en traîneau, tours en motoneige, etc.).

Both beds were comfortable, the unit had 3 sinks and a full sized refrigerator for leftovers! The pool and gym areas were also well equipped and the staff was lovely.

Great Spot

We loved staying here! The location was great and the amenities were amazing. I'd love to stay here again! My only comment would be that I wished I knew more about what is in the kitchen. I brought a crocpot which I didn't need because there was one there. What I needed to bring was more spoons! There was a bit of a shortage. Otherwise, everything was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Tamarron for a long weekend over NYE. The vegan restaurant was closed due to covid. I felt a bit like guests weren’t fully wanted at the member pool and restaurant. Reservations were allowed for members of the club but not for guests of the resort which made things challenging due to bad weather and many closures due to covid. The loft tv didn’t work and the toilet broke the last day and the shuttle bus only runs once a day both were minor inconveniences. but other than that things were just fine and we still had an amazing time skiing at Purgatory and swimming in the gorgeous heated pool.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family get together and all rented rooms for each individual family. None of the restaurants could accommodate our party. Within the Lodge, the Clubhouse, and nearby Clubhouses would not give us the time of day. We tried making reservations and no matter how we tried to split apart our group, they all told us they could not accommodate. Also, not very kid friendly. Even thought you have kids there, lots of dirty looks no matter what room we entered. Will not be going back. However, the reservation process through Premier vacation rentals was easy and smooth. Will use them again!

We ladies needed to get away from home for the weekend. The room was perfect for what we needed it for. Beds were nice, near the pool and restaurants. Beautiful and peaceful. Excellent price on the rental.

Fantastic Get Away

The condo was very nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub and the excellent Mineshaft restaurant. Our 3 days at Purgatory included many great runs, beautiful snow fall and quality experiences with our grandson. Thank you and know we'll be back soon.

Reviewer Comments: This condo is situated just a few miles to Purgatory and was a very comfortable two-story room with all of the necessary appliances to cook from home. Despite the advertisement that it sleeps 6 people, there was not enough bedding (pillows or blankets) for more than 4. Luckily, we had sleeping bags in our vehicle and used those with throw pillows to get by for two nights. The front desk looked very perplexed when we inquired. Other than that, the place was excellent and the pool/hot tub were an uncrowded bonus even on a holiday weekend.

Very mediocre stay

It was fairly inexpensive so my expectations were not high. The loft bed was extremely firm, but no biggie, we switch beds with kids the 2nd night. However, the t.v remote was not working so we called and 3 plus hours later when we were in bed someone knocked on the door. The next day the toilet would not flush so we had to call again. We had to go to the front desk the 3rd day and ask them to send someone up while we were out and they did fix the issues. Dead bugs on carpet when we arrived. Was only given one working key card, not a great experience and we will not be back.

simple & convenient for small families

Playground, golf, great restaurant, fire pits for s’mores, swimming and beautiful views. The kids loved the stairs. Very outdated, but very clean. Lake Haviland is 4 min away and beautiful. Easy access to everything in Durango and Silverton.

Favorite trip!

This little place is beyond cute!! The view out the window is breathtakingly beautiful! I'm still dreaming of waking up to that view! The place was a little older and had a older place smell to it, but it wasn't dirty. The carpet is beige and it was very very clean! The carpet almost looked new! I always take my own cleric wipes and antibacterial spray and I still cleaned because I'm crazy, but it honestly didn't need it. The beds weren't the most comfortable and we couldn't find the control for the upstairs bedroom, but overall this place is one of our top favorites! The lodge is nice and we got to swim indoors in a heated pool all by ourselves. They are on top of masks and social distancing. I would recommend this place.
