Ce condo moderne de deux étages sur la rue Lafayette historique est le chez-soi que vous cherchez! Notre propriété récemment rénovée bénéficie d'une disposition ouverte, de tonnes de lumière naturelle, de comptoirs en quartz, d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, de planchers de bois franc et de carrelage, de 2 5 salles de bains, d'un dressing principal, de 3 télévisions intelligentes et d'une connexion Wi-Fi. L'espace extérieur comprend des terrasses au 1er et au 2e étage donnant sur une cour isolée et herbeuse, un barbecue à gaz et une table à manger. Il y a deux places de parking. Un garage offre beaucoup d'espace de stockage et une sécurité accrue pour vos vélos et autres effets personnels. Nous sommes idéalement situés à un pâté de maisons d'un parc de plusieurs millions de dollars (et d'un parc pour chiens), à 5 pâtés de maisons du Washington Mall, à 4 pâtés de maisons du supermarché et à 6 pâtés de maisons de la plage (avec une boîte de plage pour ranger votre équipement de plage). Notre proximité avec le domaine Physick et le manoir du sud vous place au premier plan pendant les célébrations magiques d'Halloween et de Noël à Cape May! Si votre objectif est le plaisir en famille et le lien, avec la possibilité pour tout le monde d'avoir leur espace à la fin de la journée, ce condo accueillant vous fera revenir encore et encore.

Very walkable location and a well organized and maintained home. It was a great escape for us with our little one during the long cold winter in early 2026. The need to bring our own linens was a bit of a hassle but we made due. Would have also been nice to know that there would be no soap or shampoo in advance.

We wonder if you might have missed the fresh/new “starter toiletry kits” we leave out for guests in each of the 2nd floor bathrooms at the start of each stay? These kits include a bar of soap, and small tubes of shampoo, toothpaste and conditioner. Also, as we share in our welcome guide and pre-arrival communications, guests are more than welcome to use all our linens during their say – they just need to launder them before checking out. I know some guests decide to bring their own linens to avoid the washer/dryer gig on check out day. Maybe you'll prefer to use our linens next time! Cheers to spring and summer 2026!

A beautiful home in a fantastic location! We stayed for a few nights and absolutely loved this property. It’s a beautiful, clean, modern and comfy home with parking. Located next to a really nice park and just a short walk into town to all the shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!

We just loved our long week in this home for Thanksgiving! Our family of four and our little poodle felt right at home! They house is very clean, well decorated and very welcoming! We had a great stay. The home is lovely, and even nicer than in the pictures. The location is great and it’s a quick walk to the beautiful beach, or into quaint Cape May for shopping and restaurants. Beautiful property

My family stayed here for a wedding we were attending in Cape May, and the property was absolutely perfect for us and our pup. It was super clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The owners truly go out of their way to make the stay a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it felt like a home away from home.
