2 Double Mini Efficiency Bedroom with 2 Burner Mini Stove Top, Microwave, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster. All standard rooms have private balconies and a panoramic 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Beach front is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you jumped off the balcony you would land in it (not recommended). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

Hotel was fine. No frills. Great to take dogs! Close to beach! Enjoyed our stay!

First time at topsail beach

Overall was pleased with accommodations. Only negative was a strong lingering fish smell. But loved the layout, cleanliness, and condition. By far the best thing was the view from room, and balcony, even had a great view from bed. Beach access was great also and really enjoyed the quiet , non crowded and laid back atmosphere. Planning on returning

Great beach

Great beach. If you can get to Surf City NC, do it for the beach. Room wasn't great. Lumpy bed (old everything), but the problem was the second morning we got up real early and found cockroaches. A couple of them... then we left. Won't be back there.

We loved this place! The balcony had an amazing view of the beach, and the motel has its own beach access. It has a big gated parking lot which was super convenient. My only complaint is that the bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable, but the rest of the place makes up for it. The staff was incredible friendly and helpful, and I loved being able to bring my dog!

Weekend getaway

We love Topsail and this place was in just the perfect spot. Overall it’s a great place to stay for a few days. Word of warning there’s no hot water so don’t count on a hot shower or bath. The water gets warm but it’s hit or miss. Also if you get chilly at night there’s no extra blankets. The walls are thin and you here everything above and beside you if you’re on the bottom floor. The room we stayed in was very clean and a good size. The view was beautiful. There are several great restaurants close by and Surf City is just up the road with more great places to eat.

Fantastic Vacation

Experienced a relaxing 2weeks at Sea Vista and plan on returning monthly. So close to the ocean you can hear the waves at all times. The porch, mine was covered, is a relaxing spot to read, doze and watch the world go by while watching the waves come in.
