Hello!! Our names are Landon and Michelle, and we have lived in the Scottsdale area for 20+ years. As a social, married couple, our little family really enjoys getting out with our two little boys (2 years and 4 months). We are thrilled to invite others into our new home to enjoy Old Town Scottsdale as much as we do! Since we have lived in the area for so long, we provide tips and amenities which will allow our guests to have the most enjoyable stay while on vacation. We are very thoughtful in providing everything our guests might need, and we are always open to hearing suggestions and/or providing an amenity which may be missing from the space.
As local hosts, we are always available when needed. In addition, we are happy to provide tips on what to do in the area and make guests aware of special, upcoming events! As the saying goes... "Our casa es su casa!"

1) Location, location, location! This "Old Town Stunner" is located within the BEST location in Old Town Scottsdale and is walk able to the Giants Spring Training stadium, bars, restaurants and museums.
2) Newly updated and modern! The condo was remodeled in 2019 and was purchased as a brand new, renovated property in 2020. The renovation includes beautiful, lacquer cabinets in the kitchen, lit up kitchen drawers, a gigantic white marble island, brand new wood floors, overhead lighting, double doors which open up to an adorable private patio from the living room AND the master bedroom, gas fireplace, updated showers, .. the list goes on and on!
3) Small, gated complex! The community only contains 48 total units, making it a quaint, easy location for lodging. It is very safe with a brand new gate at the entrance, as well as a Ring system in the unit and an attached one-car garage. The unit is conveniently located on the ground level and only has one upstairs (seasonal) neighbor.
4) Attached garage and bikes included! Save money and the hassle of renting bikes during your vacation, and use the 4 beach cruisers (and baby bike trailer) which are conveniently located in the attached garage. This is an extra amenity which is included in the price of the listing.
