Beautiful Villa

We had a lovely stay at Bellevue Enrico and Isabelle couldn’t have been more helpful even going to the airport to meet my daughter and her son. They promptly answered our questions and gave us a lot of advice so we had a great holiday

Great house in great location

Our home "Bellevue" was delightful. The house is well equipped and spacious. Small, thoughtful touches by the owners made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We will be back.

Beautiful well equipped house in quiet location

Fantastic house with pool, table tennis, darts, well-equipped kitchen, fruit trees, patio with great views and lots more. Easy communication with the host. You need a car to get anywhere though, as its too far to walk and the roads don't have any pavements.

The host of this property was amazing. They communicated prior to our trip with important information that we needed before arriving. They were available anytime we had a question. The location of the house was on a very narrow road just wide enough for one car, so vehicle choice would be important. There are not really places within walking distance for groceries, etc. However, finding the grocery store, restaurants, etc. was very easy. With that said it was the most charming place. The property had neighboring houses however it felt very private. The back patio is where we spent most of our time, and the pool was so refreshing after long days out and about. It was very easy to get to the train station and travel into Rome or any where else in Italy. The two bedrooms with queen beds were great sized rooms, where the other two bedrooms were smaller, perfect for teens and children. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed and we cooked at least 2 out of the 3 meals at home each day. We rented to property with a total of 10 people, and we all fit comfortably. I would highly recommend this property.

Magnificent view

The house was comfortable and well equipped. A beautiful covered terrace.The view was magnificent over the coastal region. The owners were very friendly and helpful. There were 3 roads to Rome, all of which took more than an hour to travel. In Rome, the center is prohibited for cars without a permit during working days. You can park along the Tiber for 1 EURO per hour. You can also travel to the center with metro line A from the starting point. There is a large free car park at the starting point.

une belle semaine à Velletri

La maison d'Isabelle et Enrico est très bien située, avec une belle vue sur les collines et la plaine environnantes. C'est une maison familiale, équipée comme telle, avec un immense jardin, de nombreuses terrasses et recoins, une piscine bien agréable. L'accueil par les hôtes est chaleureux et leurs conseils de visite sont précieux. Une belle semaine dans les Castelli romani !

Une villa parfaite pour nos vacances

Les propriétaires ont été non seulement charmants mais aussi très accueillants. Nous avons fait le tour de la propriété à leur coté dès notre arrivée et avons vite pu prendre nos aises dans cette magnifique villa. Vous avez tout pour y occuper la famille: grande piscine, table de ping pong, raquettes, fléchettes, etc.... Une terrasse avec une vue magnifique ou nous avons pris tous nos repas quand nous n'étions pas en visite ailleurs. La climatisation ainsi que les moustiquaires dans les chambres étaient les bienvenus. Des propriétaires très discrets mais toujours à l'écoute des demandes. Le coin barbecue + Hamacs est vraiment bien pensé. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour. Vous avez plusieurs supermarchés non loin dont un 24h/24h à 5 minutes de la villa. La gare est toute proche également. Nous recommandons vivement! Un grand merci à Isabelle et Enrico!

Magnifique location, très gentils propriétaires

Nous avons passé 18 nuits dans cette location, bien située dans les Castelli Romani. La maison est très spacieuse, la terrasse est agrémentée d'une vue magnifique. Très belle piscine. Maison au calme. Tout l'équipement nécessaire. Les propriétaires, Isabelle et Enrico sont des gens charmants. A recommander ++

Perfect holidays

We came here with our three grown up children for 2 weeks and found the house ideal, as good as it looks in the photos and with a maginficent view all the way out to the sea. It's a great place to relax, sharing time between simply enjoying the house and grounds, lounging around, playing and swimming and as a base to explore Rome, the surrounding countryside, villages and the coast. Enrico and Isabelle were really kind and helpful. We strongly recommend this house for a great family holiday.

Gezellig reisje met vrienden.

Wat een gezellig huisje! Het voelt direct als vakantie. De tuin, met de vele bloemen en de mooie planten, is heel leuk ingericht. En wat een uitzicht! Er zijn veel cozy plekjes om te zitten. Met deze hitte (juli 2025 - 35 graden) zou airco op de bovenverdieping ook wel aangenaam zijn (de airco op de benedenverdieping is zalig). Het zwembad is groot genoeg om met 10 personen te vertroeven. Ook leuk dat er speelgoed aanwezig was. Alles was heel proper. We hebben ervan genoten. Bedankt Isa en Enrico!

Velletri 2024

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Velletri. Wir können dieses Haus und das Grundstück nur weiterempfehlen. Ganz besonders hatte es unserer kleinen Tochter der große und warme Swimmingpool angetan. Velletri ist wirklich ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Rom, insbesondere mit der Bahn. Wir möchten uns auch sehr bei unseren Vermietern, Isa und Enrico, bedanken. Wenn wir Fragen oder hatten, Sie schnell und unkompliziert geholfen.

We couldn’t have asked for more.

We all really enjoyed our stay at Isa and Enrico’s secluded country house and they were always available to assist with any queries. The above ground pool is a real asset and the property is well equipped including a barbeque which we used on many evenings. Shopping and numerous restaurants are within easy reach and the local vineyard only a couple of k’s away sells excellent wine at very good prices. Visiting Rome is easily assessable by train even though during our stay a bus replacement service was being used due to upgrades and there is plenty to do visiting the local area. Overall we couldn’t have asked for more.

Wunderschön!

Wir, 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert. Auf Fragen bekamen wir sofort eine Antwort. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles was man zum Aufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden. An alles wurde gedacht. Wir haben z.B. Spielzeug für die Kinder, sämtliche Küchenutensilien, Grillzubehör, Grundnahrungsmittel und sogar Mückenschutzspray vorgefunden. Vielen Dank Isa und Enrico für den schönen Aufenthalt in eurem Ferienhaus. Leider ging die Zeit viel zu schnell vorbei.

Fantastische locatie

Echt een juweeltje net onder Rome. Het huis en de locatie is mooier dan de foto’s doen vermoeden. Heerlijke beschutte plekjes, fantastisch uitzicht, prima kamers, lekker zwembad. En op maar 3 minuten rijden van een klein station met directe trein naar Rome. Perfect dus.

Mooi gelegen buitenhuis met prachtig uitzicht

Heel mooi gelegen huis, prachtig uitzicht. Smaakvol ingericht en ruim voldoende voorzien van wat je nodig hebt voor een aangenaam verblijf. De keuken was goed voorzien, maar nogal klein en daardoor wat onpraktisch om - zeker voor meer mensen - prettig in te koken. Het zwembad was top. De kleine supermarkt met o.a. vers brood op loopafstand was prettig. We hadden er een heel fijne week met z’n vijven.

Relaxing and panoramic!

This was everything we've been looking for. Relaxing and quiet, yet close to restaurants and shopping by car, even a bar and bakery at walking distance (5 mins)! The views were stunning, mountains with villages and their glimmering lights in the night just outside the frontdoor. Our kids were happy all the time due to the swimmingpool and the garden that were packed with fruittrees, grate space for kids to run around, and the small newts that was everywhere gave us plenty of time just sitting there watching them. Go there, you wont be sorry, if you want sun, views, relaxation yet near to all the history and the great Italian cuisine that is ;). That the owners are really helpful and at your service is just a big plus.

Fabulous country house with easy access to Rome

We had a wonderful stay at Bellevue on a very hot week in late July/early August 2018. We were greeted by the friendly owners on arrival who demonstrated the functioning of the swimming pool and gave a tour of the house. We were delighted with the property in a quiet location with far reaching views of the mountains in one direction and the plains to the south. The swimming pool was fantastic and was used every day and was very welcome after a visit to hot Rome! Parking was always available at Velletri station and it was about one hour to Rome and only 3 euros each way. We used the BBQ three times and used herbs from the garden. The hammocks were also very popular as was the AC in two of the bedrooms. We ate most meals outside as there was always shade somewhere. The mosquito nets on the beds were much appreciated. We would unreservedly recommend this property!

Heerlijk huis verdeeld over 2 woonlagen: onder slaapvertrekken en 2 badkamers; 1e verdieping het leefgedeelte en 3e badkamer met wasmachine. Kleine goed ingerichte keuken met afwasmachine. Zeer gastvrij ontvangst door Isa en Enrico. Een map met duidelijke beschrijving van huis en omgeving is aanwezig en erg handig. Heel veel leefruimte buiten met diverse prachtige terrassen en veel schaduw. Fijn zwembad (8x3.5m.) met ligstoelen. Foto's komen overeen met de werkelijkheid.

Perfekt

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Das Haus ist sauber und wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Hauptsächlich waren wir auf der Veranda und im Pool, wir haben viel Tischtennis gespielt.. Auch eine Darts Scheibe stand zur Verfügung. Es gibt noch eine wundervolle Ecke mit Hängematten und Grill sowie Sitzgelegenheiten. Einfach super zum Entspannen! Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Ebenfalls gibt es eine Waschmaschine. 2 Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Wir ließen im unteren Stock die Türen auf, so verteilte sich die kalte Luft auch in den anderen Räumen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause. Isabelle und Enrico sind sehr nett und gaben uns ein tolles Gefühl sowie Tipps für Rom. Wir können dieses tolle Anwesen nur empfehlen. Ob für Familien mit Kindern oder ohne, dieses Landhaus ist für jeden geeignet, der sich erholen will. Es gibt viele tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, Supermarkt und Tankstelle sind auch nicht weit. Restaurants gibt es auch in der Nähe. Ein Besuch lohnt sich. Alles in einem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt.
