Appartement Madison Place 2

Cet appartement est de conception unique et est trÚs spacieux. C'était l'appartement des propriétaires depuis plus de 6 ans et a été rénové et bien entretenu. La chambre est au deuxiÚme étage d'un escalier en colimaçon et la salle de bain a une double vasque et est la plus spacieuse de tous les appartements. Nous publierons des photos mises à jour une fois qu'elles seront remeublées une fois que nous aurons entiÚrement déménagé. Il y a 3 appartements dans la maison, et cet appartement a le plus à offrir.

Property was excellent. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were cozy. Location was a mile walk from UK and a 2 minute walk to Rupp Arena. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Already planning to stay there again soon!

Awesome Place

Our stay was very short but this property was awesome. It’s a super easy walk to Rupp Arena. I love the home and its old charm. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Location!

Great experience at this location. We were in town for an event at Rupp Arena. Easy parking at the property. Easy walk to Rupp and downtown to restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Good Place to Stay

We were in town for a concert at Rupp Arena, this was a perfect place with just a short walk to the arena. The place was clean and very unique. The host was great and very easy to communicate with.

A great spot in Lexington

Had originally booked this stay for a concert in Rupp Arena, but it was cancelled. We still used the stay for a great night get-away in Lexington. Location was amazing, easy to get to so much in the area! 100% would recommend this to anyone, especially if you're going to a concert at Rupp, it's all so close!

Great place to stay

This property was great for our weekend getaway. The property was neat and clean. We didn’t have any issues and the location was perfect for all the attractions we were interested in downtown town. Stayed close to Rupp. Great space. 2nd bedroom is up a spiral staircase so need nimble folks for that room. Great communications with host!

A treasure

I was considering not leaving a review because this property is such a treasure, I wanted to keep it a secret! My husband and I loved the comfort of this place and the location is perfect for any downtown activity. This property has so much character and feels like staying in your own home. Amazing lodging and location!

A beautiful old home renovated to accommodate couples and families. Large, spacious and airy rooms and a huge kitchen with island to entertain. Greenery and flowers in front and in rear garden to enjoy. Perfect location with easy proximity to Rupp and downtown Lexington locales. Hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. I highly recommend this place! Excellent experience.

This property was very clean and cozy! It was perfect walking distance between the main attraction of our stay (concert at Rupp Arena) and either walkable distance to a lot of dining options or a close drive away.
