Relaxing week in a wonderful setting.

My wife and I enjoyed our week long stay. The house, grounds and pool area are stunning and the location along the sea was incredible. Magic sunsets every evening. We chose to walk everywhere for restaurants and groceries but renting a car would be something we would do next time. Thanks to Leah and Massimiliano at L’Abbraccio just down the hill for being perfect neighbours.

Villa Danda, Amazing

Stay at Villa Danda this past week and we had the most amazing stay. The property was perfect, well looked after and the view from the infinity pool was out of this world. Sunsets were stunning! The only suggestions I have is to have plastic glass ware for poolside drinks!! Thanks again for a great stress free week!

Amazing!

Villa Danda exceeded our expectations.The very nice owner Daniela met us at the house and gave us all information we needed for our stay. Amazing view, clean and large pool, and the house practically on the beach. The house was clean and well maintained and tastefully decorated. It is behind closed gates with great parking possibilities, essential during summertime. Lavinio is close to many nice places to visit. We can't wait to return to Villa Danda. Ciao! One week with our friends

Together with my wife and a couple of friends, we stayed at the property for a total of one week in October. The view from the terrace and the pool is absolutely amazing. If you want to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, this is the right place for you. The check in and the care on site went through a very friendly guy. If you not only want to lie by the pool, but also want to visit something, then you have to drive a few kilometers, because in Anzio itself there is very little. Overall it was a lovely time and the villa a recommendation.

Relaxing and great views

Great place. Very relaxing especially by the pool. Only issue is plumbing and electricity would go out but Erik helped me unseated how to reset. Seems they limit amount of power you can pull by design. Simple reset and was working. View from the pool is amazing. And a local club that handle classic rock— Pink Floyd cover on guitar, who doesn’t like that. We’ll be back

Thank you for your stay. Actually we had some problems with water and electricity but, as Erik explained to you, it was a temporary problem in Anzio. Everything is ok now and we are ready to accommodate you again!

Splendid villa directly at the sea with marvellous views and a fantastic pool

Our family of five enjoyed a beautiful short vacation at this marvellous place. The villa is rather new and offers sufficient space and privacy for up to 6 persons. We loved the modern design of the villa with floor-to-ceiling windows and the nice and comfy interior setting. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso-machine and sufficient cutlery. Outside, the villa offers various seating and relaxing possibilities to spend your day leisurely. Best of all is the infinity pool with a view to the open sea. The host Daniela and her daughter Giulia are very professional, very amicable and always available in case of special needs. We'd love to come back to this marvellous place in the future.

Wonderful house and location

We had the most fantastic time. The house is fabulous with huge sliding doors that open right up onto the terrace that looks out to the pool and the sea beyond. The trees are so beautiful in the day and also when they are all lit up at night. It is about one minute to get to the beach where there are plenty of places to get a drink and something to eat during the day. The sea was lovely and warm too. The pool is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and the sunsets. Lavinio is a short walk where there is everything you need close by. We enjoyed lovely morning coffee in the square. Thanks to Daniela and Erik for making our stay so easy and special. We sincerely hope to be back. Kate and Gavin.

We had two lovely weeks in this beautiful villa. When the weather was too hot to go sightseeing it was perfect to have the pool to cool off in, with breathtaking views over the sea to enjoy. The patio and garden also gave lots of needed shade while glancing out on to the ocean - so relaxing and peaceful. And those days we went out on adventures in Rome, Pompeii and other places it’s was a peaceful haven to come home to. There is a lovely theatre/club/restaurant just below, and on the weekends (Thursday-sunday) there was music and entertainment there. Not at all loud, and it closed around midnight. The guests access to the restaurant is through the parking and alongside the garden, but there is fencing and greenery in between so you don’t feel overlooked. There’s a private beach access, past the restaurant and through the garden of the owners, and through a gate. The owners are lovely people and very friendly. They do have a big but very sweet dog - we love dogs so this was absolutely no problem for us, but if you don’t there is another option to walk down to the beach. We had a lovely time in the villa and would absolutely come back again. Our host Eric was so friendly and helpful, he really did an excellent job. We had some small issues a couple of times with the pool since the weather was so hot, and he came straight away to sort it out. He also changed towels and sheets half way through, so nice! All in all - a lovely place for a vacation!

Insgesamt ist die Villa ein toller Ort zur Erholung, geräumig und hat alles was es braucht! Der Pool ist wirklich groß und bietet von dort aber auch von der Terrasse einen tollen Blick auf das Meer!Insgesamt kamen einfach viele Kleinigkeiten zusammen, die den Preis für und nicht mehr gerechtfertigt haben.Bereits bei unserer Ankunft gab es Probleme mit dem Pool Wasser, dieses war zu Beginn giftgrün gefärbt und konnte auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht wirklich behoben werden.Wir konnten dadurch einige Abende nicht ins Wasser und mussten immer wieder auf Handwerker warten.(Erik, der sich dort um alles kümmert, war wirklich toll und sehr hilfreich)Aber auch er konnte das Pool Problem nicht lösen..Weitere Kleinigkeiten wie: kaum funktionierende Steckdosen, beim Backofen flog die Sicherung raus, die Spülmaschine machte nicht mehr richtig sauber.Das Restaurant/Bar das direkt unter der Villa liegt, schließt leider auch nicht wie angegeben um 23:30, dort fanden an mehreren Abenden sehr laute Feiern statt und die Gäste müssen durch einen Weg direkt an der Villa und damit auch vor einem der Schlafzimmer vorbei. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse könnten auch ein Upgrade erhalten, die Stühle waren zum Teil kaputt und die Polster nicht sauber.Zum Teil waren es Kleinigkeiten die aber den hohen Gesamtpreis, den man für die Villa zahlt, nicht unbedingt rechtfertigen und mit ein paar einfachen Handgriffen behoben werden können!

Villa in fantastischer Lage

Lage direkt am Meer mit super Ausblick, herrlichem Außenbereich - direkter privater Zugang zum Meer - Strand trotz Hochsaison nie überfüllt, hatte immer moderate Wellen, super für Boogie surfen. Sehr schöner Pool, verlässlicher Kontakt bei Fragen oder Problemen.

Lovely villa

Lovely Villa, beautifully decorated with lovely pool - One drawback was the club downstairs played music until 1.30 AM on at least 4 night while we were there but still a lovely place to stay.

Das Haus liegt wirklich traumhaft und war für uns in allen Bereichen gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und Daniela war als Ansprechpartnerin immer erreichbar. Pool und Terrasse laden ein die Abende im Freien zu verbringen.
