Great cottage and location

This pristine little house was perfect for our visit to Montrose. The covered patio area doubled our living space and was private and peaceful. We could walk everywhere in downtown Montrose easily. We loved our stay.

Clean, comfortable, convenient location

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Although small, it was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The inside was like new. Good location - can walk to downtown area with restaurants and shops. Short drive to more stores and restaurants. The host was easy to work with. I recommend this property if you plan to be in Montrose.

Great lodging space. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Loved that we could walk to Main Street with great coffee, food and beer options. Convenient access to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and the many neighboring towns. Host was very welcoming and accessible. Highly recommend!

Montrose Hidden Gem

This is a great little property for two people in the heart of Montrose. The unit is super clean and all the appliances and furniture are like new. It is very close to old main street and other shops in Montrose. I walked just about everywhere I needed to go or maybe a five minute drive. The property manager is a great guy and answered all questions quickly.

Wonderful And cozy

We’ll never stay at a hotel again. Best experience ever renting a place to vacation. This bungalow was clean, well decorated, with every amenity imaginable. Brand new beautiful place! We will stay here again on our next visit to Montrose, Colorado.
