Forested, Large Modern Home

Spend some quality time with family and friends in this mid-century modern home with a large open floor plan. This home boasts a forested view, easy access to amenities, and a home gym. Located in a cul-de-sac, this home is in town, yet has a private forest feel.

Features walkout basement with darts, massage chair, 72-inch TV with surround sound for entertainment, and a new wet bar!

Upstairs master bedroom has king bed and on suite bathroom. 2nd room features queen bed next to the upstairs bathroom. Downstairs rooms include queen in 3rd and 4th bedroom with the downstairs bathroom in between each room. Additional bedding includes a queen size air mattress.

Enjoy large, open spaces both upstairs and downstairs to ensure everyone fits comfortably with spacious common areas.

Great week in the Hilla

This beautiful home served as a very comfortable base for my family of 5 while visiting the RC/Black Hills area for a week. Quiet, clean. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing property

Gorgeous home in a great location

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! The location was convenient for seeing many sights and attractions. The host was very easy to communicate with, and everything was very clear and straightforward. Our crew especially loved playing ping pong and darts in the basement! We would definitely recommend this property to any group visiting Rapid City and Mt Rushmore!

Convenient Location-Great Home

Beautiful, spacious home that has everything you need! Very helpful and attentive homeowner and a location that is central to any SD destination. Would definitely stay again or recommend to others. The home is also close to grocery stores and restaurants downtown.

The party consisted of 17 people, all related, and us (their parents/grandparents, who stayed in a motel). We had dinners each night and used the house as our headquarters as we enjoyed the sights in Rapid City. The only thing that could have made it better would be more forks.

Central Location for Black Hills Vacation

Property worked great for a family reunion and allowed for trips to area attractions. The house is as seen on the VRBO site, and I actually think the pics don't do justice to the outdoor area. If we returned to this area, I would stay here again and that pretty much says it all.

Beautiful home, good stay

The property manager was super responsive and easy to communicate with via messaging over the app. The home was easy to find in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. The $175 cleaning fee is a tad steep since we were requested to start the white towels laundry and strip the beds (in addition to a few other housekeeping duties). Checkout at 10 am made me feel rushed. Overall a good stay.

The home was the perfect hang out spot for our group. New home with everything we would need. The wooded backyard was unique for the neighborhood-most lots in the neighborhood didn’t have this luxury. We did see a variety of wild life. Heads up to travelers - there is an additional fee for insurance that isn’t disclosed until you are into the payment process.

Clean and Convenient

Well designed and finished home on quiet cul de sac, just as listing describes. So close to walmart and easy access to Mt Rushmore Rd and all of the best Black Hills attractions. Beds and sofas were all very comfortable. Our family of nine slept great here for a week, and would not hesitate to go back.
