est entouré de ponts qui améliorent la vue et les sons des eaux tumultueuses ci-dessous. Le son et
la beauté de votre propre cascade fait de votre séjour au Waterfall Retreat une expérience de vacances ultime. Cette
retraite privée est à quelques minutes de toutes les attractions de Pigeon Forge et un lecteur rapide sur une route panoramique vers
Gatlinburg et les Smoky Mountains. Cette authentique cabane en rondins est vraiment une retraite pour toutes les saisons: l'été
crée une splendeur de végétation verte vibrante et l'eau tumultueuse invite tous à "enlever leurs chaussures" et à venir

Il y a trois petites marches lorsque vous quittez le parking de niveau, avec un parking suffisant pour trois voitures et entrez dans le
enrouler autour du porche et des terrasses du premier étage. Lorsque vous entrez dans une retraite Water Fall, votre regard attrape immédiatement la cheminée en pierre du sol au plafond qui illumine le salon et la salle à manger pour ces visites d'automne et d'hiver.
Le premier étage comprend une chambre principale avec une salle de bain privée et un nouveau matelas King Size Beauty Rest haut de gamme.

I gave it a 4 Star instead of 5 for a couple of reasons that can be easily fix. When most customers like me rent a cabin we want to whole Cabin life experience. I chose this cabin because of the running creek below the cabin. My advise fix the concrete table full of algae or replace it. Put some decorative string lights to give it a nice outdoor vibe. I love to grill and use the outdoor and was very darkand we couldn't dine in the table full of Algae. Add a Sponge to clean dishes and don't be stingy on the Garbage bags. Again it's friendly Advise from a year round Cabin renter. Other than those minor details it's a Beautiful Clean Cabin.

Water Fall Retreat

The cabin is cute and the location was great. The creek frontage is really nice and pretty. Big porches look out over the creek, and the sound of rushing water is actually fairly loud.....in a great way! The only thing that wasn't so great is that the bathrooms are cramped and dated and the master bedroom mattress was hard and a bit uncomfortable.

Short spring break escape

The property was basically just what it looks like. It is an older property but we still enjoyed ourselves. The stairs are a bit wobbly and there was some cleaning that could be better but, overall it was a great stay. The creek makes the traffic noise disappear and the hot tub was great. The well water smells like well water but if you're good with a cabin that feels like a rustic cabin, this place is great. The proximity to things was just right. Close but not surrounded by people. There is some construction going on but we hardly noticed it, thanks again to the creek. We caught some little trout in the stream and loved skipping rocks since it was way too cold to get in. :) overall, this was a great get away for us. If you need to get away from work, this is a good place to do it.

Great View

Overall stay was good only 2 complaints are that when downstairs you can hear every step upstairs and there was no cell service. Also the entrance to the neighborhood is on a curve and downhill so very hard to see the road.

DIRTY AND VERY SMALL

I dont usually ever leave a review. But.......i had to on this. The location and view in back yard are perfect. Thats it! The house was super small. The pics in ad were definitely mis leading. Bathrooms extremely small. Me and my wife both small people and the showers were pretty hard to navigate. The whole house was pretty dirty. Looks like it hadnt been kept up very well. Dust all over. Just felt dirty. Porches were nasty. Outside of house was not kept up. Too bad because the outside view was best part. Would be nice to just pressure wash deck and blow off leaves and just clean little. Also no coffee filters. Overall we were disappointed based on price we paid. We should have read reviews. They all stated what we experienced. Oh well. Leason learned.

Not what we thought we were getting

This property was advertised as being a quiet respite. The river description behind the property was accurate but they neglected to state the highway was behind the river so when you sat out on the deck you could hear a lot of road noise. The cabin was not as clean as others we have stayed at. The dishes were dirty and the dishwasher door would not latch so my husband had to rig it to stay shut. There was no propane for the fireplace and we were told it would be fixed. It never was. Thankfully the heat worked as the nights got colder than initially predicted. Blinds were broken on several windows. The windows looked like they’d never been washed. Knick knacks thick with dust. Floors dirty. We paid a cleaning fee and pet fee and then noticed an envelope for expected tips for the cleaning people. My tip would be to actually do a thorough cleaning of this cabin. We did not use the large bathtub or hot tub. The showers are super tiny for even a 5’7” woman. The outlets won’t hold anything you plug in. The cords fall right out. The pictures are a bit deceiving and needless to say while we enjoyed our time in Tennessee we would not rent this cabin again.

AWFUL!!!!

We checked in to A Waterfall Retreat on Monday 12-26-22. We were scheduled to check out Sunday 1-1-23. We left the morning, 12-30-22. There were so many issues, we couldn’t stand to stay any longer. When we got there on Monday, it was 58 degrees in the cabin. I realize it was unusually cold. We called in to the maintenance like we were instructed. We were told we would get a call back. I didn’t exactly expect someone to run right out. I figured you were dealing with several issues. However, I NEVER received a call back. On Wednesday, we left for a while and came back to a maintenance guy in the cabin. That is absolutely not okay with me. I was never told he was coming. And he entered the cabin, with all our possessions, without any warning whatsoever. We had no idea. I don’t appreciate that at all! The cabin was absolutely filthy. That place is gross from top to bottom! The floors are rotting out. There are two spots in particular that you feel like you are going to fall through the floor. My frustration is fueled by how much I paid for the week! I realize the cabin is older. However, price should be adjusted for what the actual product is that you are offering. It is old. It is extremely outdated. And it is disgusting! The cobwebs were everywhere. And the windows were just gross. If you are going to market a cabin with a full kitchen, you should have at least the bare minimum to cook with. There is nothing in the kitchen except old knives and old, nasty silverware. There are zero cooking utensils. It is hard to cook with no utensils. There was not one pot holder. We had 6 people that stayed. There weren’t enough bath towels for 6 people. The showers need to be clearly marketed that they are not full size showers. That was absolutely terrible and awful to shower in. The bathroom cabinet in the main bathroom is falling apart. The countertop isn’t even attached. The sink took forever to drain. I expect way more for what I paid! We have owned a cabin in the area. I get that people just complain to hear themselves talk. However, this cabin is completely unacceptable! I’m furious over what I paid and what I got when we showed up.

Thank you for your review when you called us to let us know about the heat, we always ask our guests if it is ok to go in if you're not there. So when we as have said no and we would have never gone into a cabin without the guest's knowledge because all of our codes are read through the door locking system so we know who went in and at what time. If this cabin was so horrible why did you stay the whole time? I understand it is an older cabin but just because it is older doesn't mean it is rotten. I am sorry it wasn't up to your standards but this cabin is very lovely.

Unprofessional, Nonresponsive & Disapointing

Booked property 2 days before arrival, learned at arrival from rental management property employee that a storm 5 days earlier had taken out the power and internet. They called 2 hrs before check-in informed we’d be without power & internet but were working to find alternative place & would call us back. They instructed we call the front office at 9:00 to speak with Christie-assistant manager who would help us to find a suitable alternative. No cell coverage @ cabin, in addition to downed lines we had to drive and step over, we had no emergency coverage, landline @cabin nonoperational. We lost power during the night, drove (once again over downed power and utility lines) to the property management office at 8:45. 1st person arrived at 9:30, informed us that customer service & Christie was not yet there &she didn’t know when they would arrive!? The CSR team arrived at 9:45 and greeted us with an overwhelming welcoming of “we likely can’t help you, we’ve been overworked& had issues with rentals all week, and that somehow all of this was our fault because we didn’t opt for the insurance.” We reminded them, we booked 2 days before arrival, the CSR Team once again confirmed lines had been down for 5 days, they had confirmed all things operational, and 2 hours before check-in we receive the call stating this was NOT the case. We asked they charge us one night and refund the balance. The staff was noticeably very frustrated and not empowered or not willing to help, we asked to speak with the manager/owner/whomever was in change. The response we received was “I am not calling him, he stays up late, usually until 5:00AM and then comes in around 1:00-2:00!?! I am not going to call and wake him up!” At that point, utterly dismayed we were again reminded that “this is why we offer insurance and we don’t refund for no-internet!” I reminded them that the description did not match reality and they knew nearly ONE WEEK in advance of the issues, this was BEFORE we booked! Again, they had confirmed to us before we booked that all things were operational, Not True! Christie stated she would speak to the manager when he arrives 1:00-2:00 and let us know what she could do. We never received a call back thereafter from them! Upon us calling to follow up, we were constantly put on hold and then ultimately disconnected. We left voicemails &e-mails and received no response. Escalated within VRBO who have called and not received a response either. Renter beware!!

Thank you for your review Kristy is not the assistant manager she is just an employee so I am not sure where that information came from. We offered to move you to a different cabin Monday morning but you didn't want that cabin. I am very sorry but I have to follow the same contract for everyone. I can't make exceptions for one guest over another. VRBO has insurance that comes with the rental. the power wasn't out at your cabin it was the internet and phone lines that were out and according to the internet service people that were out there the day before there was no problem driving over the lines because nothing was live. I am sorry you didn't want to move and I am sorry this cabin didn't have internet but it did have power. We wouldn't let you stay in a cabin that didn't have power. I am once again sorry that the lines were down but once again we were assured that the lines you were seeing were the internet lines.

One free adult admission per unit, per paid night, stay, with reservations made in advance. Reservation required. Noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily
 
This cabin is pet-friendly — a $75 + tax non-refundable fee per pet applies. Pets must weigh no more than 40 lbs each and be crated if left unattended on the property.
 
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Guests found smoking indoors will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,000 and immediate removal from the property. All payments made for the reservation will be forfeited in full.
