Studio magnifiquement rénové (GRANDE UNITÉ DE COIN RARE!) sur le front de mer de la spectaculaire Gold Coast. À quelques pas de Waikiki mais dans un endroit calme et privé.

De grandes baies vitrées coulissantes s'ouvrent largement pour une vue imprenable sur l'océan! Cette unité est à l'étage supérieur et peut repérer les BALEINES en hiver ~ printemps.

Cette unité d'une chambre a été rénovée en un grand studio. Bel intérieur et ameublement.

L'exclusif, 20 étages, (l'unité est le 11) Colony Surf est près de la base de Diamond Head et en face de l'immense parc Queen Kapiolani.

Kaimana Beach est littéralement dans votre arrière-cour! (plage de sable blanc sans rochers!). Vous pouvez nager avec des tortues souvent.

La «Gold Coast» est mondialement connue pour ses bâtiments résidentiels exclusifs au bord de l'eau. L'atmosphère du quartier, calme et à quelques pas de l'animation de Waikiki, séduit les résidents locaux, les visiteurs séjournant plus longtemps et les cadres en mission.

La suite est sur le côté plus frais du bâtiment face au sud-est et la cuisine et la salle de bain face au nord-ouest. Les fenêtres à l'avant et à l'arrière du studio permettent aux alizés de souffler, offrant une atmosphère confortable lors des journées les plus chaudes de l'été.

It is a great location with the most amazing views and very large inside and it is an easy walking distance to Waikiki & right next to the Outrigger canoe club. The multiple fans & trade winds keep the place a pleasant temperature. The team onsite & Sachi have always been wonderful.

The condo has been consistently well-maintained, very clean and nicely furnished. The linens and towels were in excellent shape and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. It was a joy to be able to watch the gorgeous sunsets over the ocean from the comfort of the condo or to sit on the beach in front of the building. The property manager was prompt and courteous when responding to any questions we had before, during and after our stay. We would highly recommend this condo to friends and family.

One wall of windows in the apartment faced the beach so we could listen to the waves and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The property was spotless and appeared to have been recently updated with upscale cabinetry and appliances. The kitchen was very well-equipped for cooking. There were more than enough bath and beach towels that appeared to be new. The property manager was readily available when needed and was very helpful when our arrival was delayed due to illness. I would recommend this property without any hesitation to my friends or relatives.

Reviewer Comments: As the first rental occupants we found the condo meticulously clean, well set up and with ample necessities and nice touches like tropical flowers. Subsequent dealings with the Sachi personnel were pleasant and we felt they were concerned about making our stay as pleasant as possible.The location was truly ocean front nothing between us and the ocean. We saw a sea turtle swimming around, a monk seal resting on the beach and humpbacks breaching in the distance. We have subsequently booked a return visit with the Sachi group given our positive experience this first time.
