David was very responsive to my questions before our stay. We enjoyed the comforts of the condo--kitchen appliances were all nice and it was well equipped for cooking. Although we did not swim, the pool area was very nice. And we made use of the workout rooms/fitness center. We enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale! Thank you.

This property was perfect for our visit to Arizona. The pools and hot tub were nice after a busy day! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location & Value!

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO very much and would highly recommend it. It is in a great location, had very comfortable furniture and beds and a fully stocked kitchen. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying a book or just relaxing. The owner was very easy to communicate with and it was a great value! The carpets need to be cleaned but other than that, we would definitely return.

Spacious place. Spotless and modern. Nice patio view,too. Power adjustable beds!Great amenities in the complex.The free-to-play 9 hole golf course was beautiful and so fun. A real highlight. Pool was excellent. Close walk to full golf courses and the action of old town scottsdale.

Large well kept condo on the third floor, property owner met us at the condo and provided keys and showed us our parking space. Nice view from the patio of the mountains and surrounding area. We would stay here again.

The condo property was clean & well maintained. We enjoyed the golf course. The Scottsdale experience was wonderful. Two reasons overall rating was not a 5.... -Laundry room is not in condo as most are today. -living room furniture is beautiful looking, but not that comfortable, at least for us. We would recommend this condo!

Was just as promised. We were allowed to decorate for Christmas. The fireplace was beautiful and definitely the main focal point. We had no problems to report to owner who lives in same condos. You will need to bring your own personal items. Such as shampoo, conditioner, Nothing a trip to store won’t fix.

Great location

Having a gated entry was nice. We also had an assigned parking spot in the garage. The building hallways are old but the actual unit was good. The seating in the front room was good for two people, not sure if more people would be comfortable. There is laundry that is no charge on another floor but it wasn’t a big deal since you could see when the machines were available. It was nice to have it close. The kitchen had all the perfect appliances. All the things we needed were there. The location was perfect! We had morning coffee on the deck.

Quiet, comfortable and safe.

This was our first visit to Scottsdale and we couldn't have picked a better location. The condo was close to golf courses (as well as a par 3, 9 hole course you can use), beautiful city parks and shopping. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the patio in the evening overlooking the first hole of the condo course. David, our host, met us when we arrived and showed us our parking spot and the condo which we really appreciated. He even came back a little while later when we had a question about the AC. The master bedroom was very large and had a comfortable king sized bed. The internet worked flawlessly and the TV's had YouTube TV as well as Netflix. We can't thank David enough for everything and we would definitely stay here again!
