Cette liste est pour les deux maisons cÎte à cÎte louées ensemble. Chaque maison de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain a une reine sur une chambre avec lits superposés au premier étage, chacune avec salle de bain complÚte. Vous trouverez le salon et la cuisine au deuxiÚme étage ainsi qu'une chambre avec deux lits queen et une salle de bain complÚte juste à l'extérieur de la chambre queen avec un accÚs facile depuis le salon et la cuisine. Le troisiÚme étage de chaque maison a une chambre avec lit queen avec salle de bain complÚte ainsi qu'une chambre principale avec une salle de bain complÚte et une double vasque. Chaque maison a deux ensembles de laveuse et sécheuse, des appareils haut de gamme et des téléviseurs dans la plupart des chambres. Toutes les chambres ont des stores solaires et la plupart ont des téléviseurs. Les clients ont accÚs aux deux garages et aux toits avec vue sur le centre-ville.

Great townhouses!

The townhouses were beautiful, nicely decorated and had lots of space - loved the roof top deck! Very convenient location to enjoy Nashville. We had a great time!

Great for a Large Group

We stayed here for my sister’s 40th birthday and really enjoyed our visit. The houses were clean and a perfect set up for a large group of adults. Also, the host was very responsive and accommodating!

Perfect Stay!

This listing was perfect for our group! I appreciated the amount of dishwashing liquid and toilet paper supplied. In addition, John was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had. We will definitely book with him in the future!

Perfect for our group.

Loved this location and all it included. The two units were perfect to have a full unit for guys and a full unit for girls. It was clean and spacious. The garage/parking situation was also very helpful!

Fun weekend

This was a great rental. Very nice place with lots of room. The roof top had an awesome view. Even this this was not an issue just for convenience I wish the two units had an adjoining door to make it easier to go back and forth.

Siblings Vacation

All 8 of us, along with our spouses, wanted a week in Nashville to take in the town. The houses were absolutely perfect. Every time we needed something, I would text and they would reply within seconds. And, every time we needed something, it was already there and they simply pointed it out. They were amazing.

50th Birthday Celebration

We traveled to Nashville to celebrate my 50th Birthday. We had 19 people and these properties were perfect for our group! Each house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house was well stocked with the essentials needed. It was such a nice touch that shampoo, conditioner and body wash was supplied in each bathroom. The Downtown honky tonks were only a short 8-10 minute Uber drive away. We never had to contact the landlord, everything was great!! We would definitely stay again!

Great Location!

This is a very nice property that can sleep even more than what we brought. We all had our own bathrooms and the property was in a great location near anything you would want downtown.

Great first visit to Nashville

We had a great first trip to Nashville with our friends and family. The host was very responsive to a couple of issues that came up - we initially had trouble with door locks and opening one of the units. The host was able to reset the locks and get us in quickly. After the first night we noticed the heat was not working on the lower levels of one of the units, and the host set up a tech to visit the same day to address it. We were able to find and easily fix the issue. We know that things like this can happen, but the important thing is that the host was responsive and took the right measures to address the issues. We hope to return next year with another group. We would rebook at this same location as it was very accessible to downtown (10 minute drive).

Great location and property

Thoroughly enjoyed the property. We had our leadership team meeting and it worked out very well. Great access to restaurants in the area and the rooms were good size for individuals in both houses. One house had not been cleaned when we arrived, however it was easy to get in touch with owner who rectified quickly.

Our stay

Everything was great! The size was perfect for our group. Communication was good and the owner’s worked with us well especially check in and check out. The only thing we weren't happy with is the location. The information on the site led us to believe we were a mile from Broadway but in fact it’s a 15 minute drive leaving costing us hundreds of dollars for Uber rides that we weren’t planning on.

John was easy to communicate with and accommodating. The houses were listed as "Luxury" properties, however there were quite a few things that were lacking. There were a few holes in dry wall, cover-up paint was on many walls. There were no utensils, platters or serving items for large groups, even though each house slept up to 10. Main areas were clean, but corners, bathrooms and light fixtures were dusty. And as accommodating as John was, I believe these properties should stress that both houses are ALL stairs. Great for college students, but not for 50, 60 - 80 year old customers.

Spacious Property

We came down to Nashville to get married with our close friends and family and this place was perfect! Check in is very easy and plenty of room for all guests. We really liked that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to stay for a large group
