Magnifique condo du centre-ville de Kalispell

Au coeur du centre-ville de Kalispell et Ă  quelques pas de grandes attractions! À quelques minutes en voiture du parc national des Glaciers, du lac Flathead, du ski, des sentiers de randonnĂ©e et du corĂ©gone et de la grande fourche!

Ce condo comprend 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain avec un lit queen dans la chambre et un lit queen dans le salon. Salon ouvert avec 4 tabourets de bar dans la cuisine, grande douche à l'italienne, laveuse et sécheuse. Not a welcoming experience

The review before me spoke of the manager being rude and unfortunatly that is true. We arrived to the apartment after carrying our luggage up two flights of metal stairs to a dirty apartment. Beds werent made ,toilets dirty, trash cans full,ect. I wasnt sure what was going on and called the number and no one answered. Was very exhausted from driving 10 hours with one of my guests pregant so eager to make her comfortable. So started sheets and cleaning up and unpacking while waiting for a call back. Manger finally called back about 45 minutes later after several texts and calls for me. She goes on to tell me that the ac broke and they tried to message me 3 days earlier and never went thru. So I asked why didnt she call me this morning to notify me that we were to go to another apartment, I said that we had already unpacked groceries and alot of our things already. To have to move after traveling and climing up and down those stairs was alot and why I was not informed before this. She kept saying we messaged you ..I kept saying why didnt you call this is so inconvenient for us . She never had an answer of why they didnt just call me. It was 7pm by now and they had plenty of time to notify us . I have never received such terrible , rude,mouthy customer servive in a stay . Then in a second call I said i want a discount for my stay and she offered the cleaning fee returned. I told her I dont feel that is enough especially since they could have got in touch with me ahead and did not . They knew for 3 days before. She was so rude and told me that she didnt really think we had unpacked that much. She said they would not give me any more discount. Then after moving the Ac was not working even after we moved. I am a host to on VRBO and this kind of service and treatment we received in our stay is unacceptable. I should not be told as a guest that I didnt do certain things and argue with me about it. Her behavior is very unprofessional. Just hope that things go smoothly for your stay because if you have to deal Raleigh you better be prepared to get no customer service . I get things go wrong but how you handle the situation is key. And this was not handled properly. It was negligent of them to not notify me ahead especially since they knew for 3 days ahead there was an issue.

Great location

Love the location and the walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice bonus to have the parking space as well! Definitely would stay here again.

It was very difficult to find because there were no address numbers on the building from the alley, where the parking was. Also, in the email I received it said that the password for the wi-fi was: camasflats38 however this isn’t correct. After much frustration, I knocked on the neighboring apartment for help. They had the same problem and after an hour, they figured it out. I got the rudest call from the manager! Instead of apologizing for emailing me the wrong password, she went on and on in a very contentious tone about how she hadn’t had a complaint in two years. Is it my fault?????? One last thing, the living room area rug is very worn and stained. I only mention these items to make it better for future renters. The bedroom closet doors are so squeaky that a little WD40 would really help. Overall, it was a good experience. Great location!!!!!

Excellent place to stay!

Great flat in Kalispell! Good location for a visiting Glacier National Park and convenient to restaurants, breweries, and just a short drive to stores such as Best Buy, Walmart, or anything else that’s needed! I would definitely stay again if visiting the area!

Great stay in Montana

We stayed here over the weekend attending our friends wedding, was a great spot to stay In the heart of downtown with some high ceilings and anything you could want in a place for a short term stay. We will definitely come back here to stay when we visit whitefish again!

Great spot in the heart of town

Great spot located right on the Main Street in Kalispell, walking distance to a lot of good food and drinks! We stayed here for a trip to Glacier and it was perfect. A short 40 min drive to West Glacier entrance each day. The place is just as pictured, air conditioning, washer and dryer were super nice to have. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family or small group of friends!

Convenient, comfortable get-a-away

The condo is located in a central location making it easy to walk around town. Inside the condo is clean and comfortable. Only down-side is not having a window to open for fresh air. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
