This cool and breezy retreat is the perfect sanctuary after a day exploring the enchanting landscapes of Kaua'i. Situated in the heart of Princeville, the Emerald Lotus offers a private gateway to the renowned beaches, mountains, golf courses, and restaurants that define the captivating North Shore of Kauai.

The split-level design features two master suites on the ground floor, ideal for two couples or extended family. Both suites open onto an outdoor lanai, providing a tranquil space to enjoy morning coffee accompanied by the soothing sounds of native birds and the rising sun. Upstairs, the open-concept living room boasts expansive views of the surrounding golf course. Another bedroom and bathroom complete the upstairs layout, offering a well-appointed home away from home. The entire upper level can serve as a private retreat for a couple seeking a more secluded vacation experience.

The Kitchen:
Embark on culinary adventures in the wide-open, fully stocked kitchen. Special features include a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system, VitaMix Blender, new cutlery knives, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an array of pots and pans.

The Living Room:
With spacious vaulted ceilings and ample room to roam, the living room welcomes the natural beauty and tropical breezes through its windows. Whether lounging on the oversized sofa or relaxing on the furnished lanai, the living room is designed for ultimate relaxation. As the day concludes, find peace and serenity gazing at colorful clouds dancing across the Makai Golf Course during the sunset, followed by an evening of stargazing.

The Downstairs:
A desk and work area in the breezeway between the master suites provide a perfect space for work or email-checking. A charming courtyard with a sliding glass door enhances the downstairs ambiance, and the stacked washer and dryer ensure all the comforts of home.

The Emerald Lotus resides in the Villas of Kamali'i, a small, upscale, gated community in the heart of Princeville. Just steps away from the heated pool, jacuzzi, and resort gas BBQ grills, this residence offers a delightful blend of luxury and convenience.

Great family accomodations

Super clean and very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and play at the beach. The pool was not very clean and the hot tub was closed the whole time which was disappointing but everything was great!

Beautiful property and great location

Beautiful and spacious. Like most hawaii properties, you can hear through floors and wall easily,, but we are a quiet group so it wasnt too problematic. The owners were nice and property manager helped us with the tv remotes lickity split.

The house was grand - set up - bedrooms - bathrooms and kitchen. We are home chefs so cooked daily. The balcony views were wonderful and having the pool across the drive way lovely too. THANKS to all!

Amazing property and location!

Beautiful home in a fantastic location! The property was very comfortable and well situated. Roomy and comfortable with a lovely view of the golf course. Neighborhood was very quiet and had easy access to walking paths, the beaches (short drive) and Hanalei. Owners provided everything needed to make the visit pretty much plug and play. We’re already planning another trip back as soon as possible!

Wonderful condo in Princeville

We have been coming to Kauai for many years and have stayed in various condos in Princeville. This condo was our favorite so far. It was spacious, clean, and well stocked with all the things ( kitchen/beach ect). It doesn’t have ac but we were very comfortable as Kauai was wonderful trade winds and lots of cooling rain showers. We highly recommend this condo if your planning a trip to Princeville!

Class Act

The property was perfectly prepared for our visit. The location on the open space area/Woods GC is private and spectacular! Dual master suites were great. Upstairs area could use AC, but fans and open windows took care of any issues for night time temps. Kitchen and living area are also top notch. I would recommend non-stick pans, but I hesitate to do anything but praise how fantastic this property is overall and for the price. The owners take great care with presenting a great Aloha experience, their instructions for use of TVs, access to internet, etc. was perfect. Even the artwork was elegant and well thought out. Beach items were plentiful. Other than roosters (that are everywhere on the island...), the nights were peaceful and quiet. Very quiet. Next door neighbor Howie is a great guy as were the other full time residents. Pool and jacuzzi immediately across from the property. We will return! Mahalo! Mitchell and Holly

Nice vacation rental

The property was lovely and very much like pictures. Was surprised no one mentioned the 4am rooster alarms everyday but hey it’s Kauai. the master suites on bottom level were perfect and good size but one got a lot of heat and they had to make use of all fans. We were surprised that there was literally no pantry for food, only a small wicker shelf for staples. kitchen cud be better stocked w spices , there was not even salt. Pool was nice and closeby. Was surprised that each bathroom was only stocked with one towel each person. we were a family of 6 and staying 8 days so that meant more laundry. Had trouble w washer but owners were very responsive and had it fixed that day. manatee suite sink was clogged but it wasn’t horrible. Overall very lovely place and walking distance to grocery store

Fabulous stay with friends

Mahalo for a fabulous stay! We had three couples visiting for my husband’s 40th birthday celebration. We really enjoyed the location and amenities! Great kitchen/living room space and mountain views from the condo. Hanalei is our favorite little town here and it allowed for easy access to that and Princeville.

Wonderful Place!

Everything was so organized and well appointed. The rooms are spacious and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen, living room, open area and views were spectacular! Super walkable to golf course trail, shopping, restaurants and the golf course. We were there for a wedding and were able to walk home, which was nice. The hosts have everything labeled, things are easy to find and there are a great selection of beach gear you can use. I loved the sound bar system, which provided nice ambient music for us through blue tooth. Such a beautiful home and so comfortable. I definitely recommend it for people staying on this side of the island.

1st time in Kauai

House right across from pool and bbq., walking distance to golf course. Groceries a short drive away, as well as beach, shops and restaurants. Get anywhere on the island within an hour’s drive. A lovely property!

Princeville delight

Spend four nights in this lovely home. Perfect location on frisbee gold course, near Hanalei, with all the comforts of home. We used the beach equipment twice. Sat on the balconies, enjoying the birds and sites, and slept wonderfully on the comfortable beds. Very much enjoyed our stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very comfortable 3 bd 3 ba with relaxing morning views. Kitchen had pretty much every utensil and appliances ( rice cooker , vitamix ) , very organized. Beach chairs , towels and toys in the garage was also a good addition in the property. We were 3 couples and had a great time . Overall a great stay and comfortable 4 nights stay.

Wow, this was an amazing place to stay! The owners thought of everything and provided so many touches of comfort and convenience. There wasn’t a single thing that was lacking. Fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs and gear and towels, phone charging stations everywhere, books and puzzles and games. Beautiful views off the back deck, right across from the pool. I would highly recommend this place!

North Shore Home Base

A great location. Condo was clean, nice and you can tell the owners really take care of the place. The beach chairs were really nice :) If we had a complaint, it would be that the boogie boards were lame. However, we just rented some nice ones from the surf shop. We also could never get the TVs to work, but hey, it's Kauai, who needs TV, right? We didn't even bother to ask over two weeks how to get them to work because by the time we got home from our adventures we just wanted to eat, chill and sleep. We also noticed that the bandwidth got a bit slower the last few days we were there as we had a few issues with Zoom and video calls to the mainland (I know, we shouldn't work on vacation, but reality does sometime call). We'd totally stay in this condo again. Mahalo.

The perfect get away spot

We absolutely loved staying at Jeff and Shana’s place! It was in a prime location (a two minute drive from Foodland/coffee/ice cream/restaurants/Queens Bath/arts & crafts fair) in the city and also in the villas (right next to the pool). They had beach gear and beach towels for us to use, which was perfect considering we didn’t want to spend lots of money on beach gear, but planned to stay for 11 days. The winds kept the house very cool (even though in the day time it could get hot, but we were pretty much gone exploring all day anyways). In addition, Hanalei Bay has a road closure and has a schedule of when traffic is allowed to flow through. We were extremely worried since it was the whole reason we chose to stay in North Shore. However, the house’s location was a prime spot to get into the direction of traffic and we didn’t have to wait more than 30 minutes to get to our destination up north/visa versa (for others starting their journey more on the east side, it could be up to an hour and a half/two hr wait). I really could not say more than enough good things about our stay. Jeff and Shana, mahalo for opening your home and providing such an amazing, once in a lifetime experience <3

This property is absolutely wonderful. It boasts a fun, split level floor plan and vaulted ceilings in the living room. The design gives a spacious feel as it is just under 1,800sq.ft. This is a very quiet and private property. Peaceful. We are always swept away by the wonderful trade-winds that flow through this home and dazzled by the sound of the tropical birds and unobstructed golf course views. Sunrises here are a delight and Star Gazing at night is a wondrous thrill.
