The house was very very clean and comfortable. The hosts were amaing communicators! We enjoyed our stay in Memphis! Only thing on the flip side is i would replace the coffee maker. But thats it!! We had a lovely stay and we thank you!!!

It’s a new place to stay if your no looking for much. It does smell like gas at night and the trundle bed doesn’t seem safe to sleep in at all. But it is clean and very spacious

Location was good for Memphis. Had to concact the owner because our code wouldn't work after 5. It was resolved quickly. However, the house was done poorly. Craftsmanship was very rough. The back porch was the worst. We didn't have heat 1 of the 2 days and it was 60 in the house. We had to sleep on the couch in front of the heated fireplace. The brick fireplace in the master br leaked all over our clothes. The hot tub was dirty and had a yellow thick foam floating in it, so we didn't used it. I asked for a partial refund and haven't heard back.

Weekend Getaway

The stay was amazing the property just have a few things that needs addressed like some chair was broken the sofa had a broke spot on the back. Didn’t have any cleaning products or equipment if any emergency occur. Other then those few things It was an amazing spot.

The Stay

The property looked like the picture, the triple bunkbed is hard to get in and out if you are older women like my group. We had a couple of issues but those issues were immediately taken care of. Liked the space of the house. Also enjoyed the hot tub.

We didn't have hot water when we arrived, the host did send a maintenance man in a timely manner but he was unable to fix it and said he'd be back in touch with us, and back to fix it then never followed up. I contacted the host and informed her and again she sent somebody in a timely manner. This time they were able to fix it. The reason why I book this place was the hot tub and the bathtub. To relax on a girl's trip. We were unable to utilize the first day and most of the second day. We had to use cold water to bathe. The host was very apologetic but didn't offer any reimbursement or anything. It was what it was. I paid too much not to have hot water and have to rough it basically on vacation.

Clean and quiet house

The neighborhood is quiet but is not in a great part of town. The house was very clean when we arrived. If you are staying for a while and plan to eat at the house, you will probably need more supplies than what is there. But basic needs are met for sure.

Needed Staycation

This was my 2nd time booking this property and my 3rd with this host. It was just what I remembered and needed!!! Clean comfortable quiet peaceful retreat that my body and mind craved. This host is responsive and cares that her guest are happy with their accommodation and her actions and efficient communication proves it. Traveling alone makes safety a priority and this property delivered that. But the cleanliness, design layout and amenities is the cherry and whip cream on top of a lovely getaway. Thank you Ms Tressie I’ll see on my next break from reality 😉

Does the job!

The property was as described. And the location is close to the expressway on a quiet street. It was furnished very nice and had interior upgrades. The only 2 improvements needed are maybe some pest control as we ran into a live roach upon waking up more than once...nice sized spider too. Secondly, there was hair in the bottom of the shower as soon as I stepped in for the first time, meaning it was there when we got there so cleaners should double check behind their work. Other than that, I was satisfied which is why it got 4 out of 5-star ratings.

The host was friendly and communicated well. The home has good curb appeal and is very close to Graceland. Unfortunately, we left the home after the first night, mostly due to safety concerns about the neighborhood. We had three different Uber drivers (the day we arrived) tell us it was not a good (safe) neighborhood. The pictures shown on Vrbo are beautiful and somewhat accurate. The cleanliness was just okay and the master bath doesn't appear to be finished. There were dishes and a coffee maker, but no coffee pot.The patio has one table and four chairs which is in contrast to the photos on Vrbo. Although we didn't use it, the hot tub did look very clean. I had photos, but the app wouldn't work so I couldn't attach them.

Not what we expected

We had a group of 11 which the house described.There wasn’t enough plates, forks or glasses for everyone to seat and have a meal together. Door didn’t close correctly. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling. Spin entering the house the smell of Propane was strong and gave several people headaches.

Something to know

We had a very good time but it looked like we was the first to rent you vacation rental. I know it will be nice when you finish the deck, but the build should not have been there when we checked in. The side door need to be fixed, it does not close all the way and people kept getting there hand caught in between the door knob and the side. We let somethings so your next guest will have some common supplies that most rental have at there homes like a broom, dust pan, condiments and breakfast food, but I would suggest you get some games for kids and adults . Overall the place is very nice and we are thinking about having Thanksgiving there if it is available. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.

Clean & comfortable, yet deceived

The access to the house was very convenient. The unit was clean & comfortable. However we were not aware of the questionable location. We realized this when finding bars on the windows & a security system, which we did appreciate. The area was vwry neglected.

Perfect Stay for Elvis Week!

5 of us stayed here for Elvis Week this year and it was PERFECT. The proximity to Graceland was wonderful (5 min drive) and the neighborhood is safe, and quiet. Memphis can have some iffy areas close to Graceland, but this location was excellent and we never felt unsafe. The owners have done a lovely job with the house and it suited our needs perfectly. The only suggestion I would make would be to add some more items like scissors, basic tools, umbrellas. etc. for guest use, but that did not take away from my overall satisfaction. Thanks Trisse! :)

Sanctuary found!

I needed a staycation spot to recharge and break from caregiving and this suited my needs to perfection. Clean,well designed and designed. Quality furnishings. Mattresses super comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was heavenly. Buy maybe my favorite spot is the deck so quiet and soothing. Just what my body and mind needed. Street noise is minimal. I would book again without question! Thanks for great staycation😊
