Faites comme chez vous et détendez-vous dans ce condo Studio rénové du club de plage du Grand Traverse Resort «The Shores». Situé sur 600 pieds de sable de East Grand Traverse Bay, ce condo est le rêve d'un amoureux de l'eau et de la plage. Jet ski, paddle board et location de bateaux sont sur place. Trois parcours de golf de championnat de classe mondiale sont à moins de ½ mile au Grand Traverse Resort. Une plage supplémentaire (parc Acme) est juste à côté du complexe de condos et propose des aires de pique-nique, une aire de jeux et des barbecues. Ce magnifique condo est proche de tout ce que la région de Traverse City a à offrir: des plages incroyables, des terrains de golf professionnels, plus de 3 douzaines d'établissements vinicoles, de bons restaurants et des magasins fantastiques.

Ce condo au deuxième étage avec vue sur l'eau dispose d'une terrasse avec accès depuis le salon / chambre à coucher. Ce condo est mieux adapté pour 2 personnes mais peut accueillir 3 ... 1 lit queen size et 1 canapé-lit queen size dans le salon / chambre à coucher. Il y a une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces et une salle de bain complète. La kitchenette est équipée d'un four micro-ondes, d'un réfrigérateur et d'une cuisinière.

Perfect setting for our two day color tour. Great sunsets and quiet space. The area tree color is at peak and was once again was spectacular!!Our unit was in a perfect setting and great location for our touring the area.

loved the salmon swimming out of the bay, to spawn in the creek.... right outside our condo. The beach and firepit were also nice. Lodging was perfect

The place was just as advertised including the beautiful view. Communication with the host was excellent. The place was clean and quiet. We had plenty of supplies (dishes/glassware for breakfast for the weekend and bathroom towels). The bed was comfortable the we had plenty of room for the 2 of us for a weekend "up north."

Great stay in condo. Balcony overlooked the Bay directly - Nature Preserve next to the unit offered trails and additional water access. The unit is small but had everything we needed for our week’s stay. We were a little surprised by the amount of traffic in and around Traverse City and were aware of the traffic noise on occasion from the unit. But ….. a wonderful stay.

Up North Getaway

Condo was very cute. Had everything we needed. Great view and easy access to the water. Nice porch to sit outside and enjoy the sunsets. Good location with easy access to town and other areas. Host was helpful and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Traverse City Stay

I highly recommend this stay. The view is beautiful! My husband and I really enjoyed sitting on the porch. Lots of wildlife is attracted to this little area. We saw ducks, swans, and even deer! The condo is beautiful and super clean! The location was great. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed for an extended weekend, and wanted a quiet location for the evening. This was perfect! Under an hour drive to the sleeping bear dunes park for a day trip and close to many wineries/Traverse City. Clean room and comfy bed, and clear/consistent communication from the host, would recommend to anyone looking for a simple room to relax in at night!

Relaxing Getaway

We wanted to visit the Traverse City area (as we had never been to that part of Michigan before). This condo was a great location for us. We found it to be relaxing and quiet. The view was nice and we enjoyed walking the nearby beach and wooded area. Everything we needed for 4-1/2 days was available. The condo was clean with everything we needed and Kati is a great host!

Studio with a beautiful view of the water

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It is only 15 minutes from Traverse City yet you are far enough away to relax. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening while relaxing on the balcony. The view was amazing. The bed is very comfortable and the place is very well-furnished.
