This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home that sleeps eleven is the perfect cozy mountain getaway. As you enter the home, you will walk through the mudroom and into the large family room which is equipped with a game table and comfy sofas. Light up the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy a cozy movie night. The flat-screen TV is connected to ROKU so you can stream all your favorite shows. On the other side of the fireplace is the dining room with a table that seats seven and two more at the kitchen counter. There is convenient access to the backyard patio with a chimney fireplace. Relax outdoors to enjoy the fresh mountain air and you will be sure to catch a glimpse of the wildlife. Or, have a BBQ on the propane grills on the patio. The chef in the group will find all the essentials needed to make the perfect meal in the kitchen. Take care of your laundry needs in the full-size wash and dryer located off the kitchen. Down the hall is a full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and TV with ROKU. Also near the kitchen is the primary bedroom, furnished with a king bed, queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a TV hooked to ROKU. Enjoy the privacy of the en-suite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo. On the opposite side of the home are two more bedrooms and another bathroom. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. One bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds.

INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
