Close to everything

Great location near Disneyland and restaurants. Clean room, friendly-helpful staff, nice pool and jacuzzi. Our family was comfortable and had all the necessary supplies in the kitchen and bathroom.

Love the hotel! We’ve stayed here before and we were excited to go back! I would reccomend Dolphin Cove!This listing is ran by a management company. We made our reservation 3 months in advance. We were already on the road to California, when we got a text saying that our reservation was canceled. The management company could not contact the host and the room was no longer available.Leaving us w out a place to stay, and not getting refunded right away, made it difficult to secure a different place to stay. We were very disappointed. We did eventually get refunded. Not sure if VRBO will refund their fee. We’ll see.

Better than expected

I will absolutely come back! Our room smelled and seemed newly remodeled. Everything was better than i imagined. My family was all very satisfied. The beds were extremely comfortable, even the pull out couch. This place is GREAT!!!

Mostly a great stay, horrendous check in process

Basically title. Mostly everything was smooth and wonderful, definitely appreciate the owner's kind advice for checking in as it came in handy. But checking in is a horrible process. First, there's like 2 parking spaces for people to check-in at, and parking was difficult. Once inside, getting the keys was simple and easy too - but then they refer you to timeshare person that doesn't take no for an answer. Begged us over 6 times to come see their property and get a free gift and all that garbage to attend their timeshare scam and high-pressure. Explained we were just there to go to Disney so our days were already booked, but they kept insisting and tried to get us to alter plans, or allow a late check out to alter our plans on check out day. Simply said we didn't have time, already have a timeshare, don't need another, followed owner's advice to say we were a friend - this individual kept pushing and saying the owner would get bonus credit and all this nonsense to try to get us to see this property and attend their 5 hour (advertised as quick or 30 min or less) high pressure sales pitch. Not sure why they force you to interact with this type of person at check in; people have plans for their vacation and a simple single no should suffice and not like 10 or more nos.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Condo was great on a quiet property. Easy walking distance to Disneyland shuttle, food, and grocery stores. Friendly staff and fun pool area for kids.
