The house layout is an open floor plan with the first floor consisting of a living room, kitchen, and dining room all in one large open space. Upstairs there is another full size bathroom and three bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has two queen beds. The 2nd bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed. The 3rd bedroom has two full size beds. The basement features a queen sofa-bed couch that sleeps two along with a 4th bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed. There is another full size bathroom in the basement.
