This beautiful condo overlooking golf course, 8th hole, sleeps 9. Offering everything you need for a weekend vacation or long term stay. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms with living room and loft. Master suite is on the first floor over looking a private patio. 2nd bedroom offers queen bed, & 3rd offers bunk bed with full mattress on bottom and twin on top. Loft with desk, and full size futon. Three TVs, covered parking for one vehicle, private laundry inside condo. Golf course has been recently remodeled. Condo is just minutes from Peoria Sports Complex where the SD Padres and Seattle Mariners play. Also, near Arrowhead shopping area, Thunderbird Mountain Preserve for great hiking, and Lake Pleasant. Short drive to West Gate, and Cardinals Stadium. Only 20-30 minutes from downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the airport.

Great place, location and hosts

We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. It is very roomy, we stayed with family and there are 2 levels to have your own space if needed. We stayed for a month and it wasn’t too long. We all got along famously!! What I appreciated most about this place was how well stocked it was. Dishes, pots and pans even things like Saran Wrap and tin foil and spices. We have stayed at several VRBOs and never had this much. In fact we drove so I brought several staples like seasonings, flour, sugar etc- didn’t need some of them! Our men love golf and it was fun to be right between the 16th and 17th hole and we could watch them! Golf is cheap there too! I felt very safe, could not hear traffic. We had some lights that didn’t work but they came and replaced them. Very on hands hosts!!!

Beautiful home. Very Clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Perfect setup when 2 people were working part of the time. One used the kitchen table and the other one used the desk upstairs.

Wish I’d known about this place sooner!

We live 90 miles north of Glendale and have had to be in the valley quite a bit the past few years and have always just gotten a hotel, but now that we know about this place, it’ll be at the top of our list if we need to stay again. It’s easy to find, in a great neighborhood, and close to a ton of amenities. Thee condo itself is spacious and had everything we needed. Thanks again for a great stay!

The condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and had a nice patio. It had most things that you needed. It also, had a washer, dryer, and ironing board. The only problem we had was, we wished everyone had a TV in their rooms and we also needed instructions for the TV remotes and a listing of what channel for what network. But overall, it was nice.

Awesome Place

Most everything about this place was good!! It is right on the Bellair Golf course and while this is not Augusta National, it was a fun place to play, especially if you want to work on your irons and shorter clubs as it is executive course. The area around the townhouse had easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping very close. We actually walked around the surrounding neighborhoods and felt very safe. The house itself was very comfy. There is one bedroom on the main floor with an attached bathroom and nice sized walk-in closet. Main bathroom is a bit funky with the handle on the shower being a bit backwards but there is a sign in the bathroom explaining that. The water pressure in the shower was good. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could need. Had a small issue with the water in the fridge door but the owner was willing to come out and fix it and provided us with a large container of drinking water until they get it fixed. Nice 1st floor laundry area right off the kitchen. Living room had a nice seating area and TV had internet access so you can add whatever streaming service you want. The provided ROKU worked good for us in both the family room and bedroom. There is a nice little patio area with a table and four chairs that looks out on the golf course and a gate to the common area between the course and the townhouse. There is a BBQ grill provided as well!! We had some friends stay with us and while the upstairs bedroom have some creaky floors but it was not all that annoying. Might bother some, but not us!! Ceiling fans throughout kept the place cool most of the time. The neighborhood was mostly quiet although that townhouse were all having the outside painted and a couple of days the painters were outside working pretty early. Didn't bother us much and now the outside looks all spruced up. Tiffany helped us out a great deal with recommendations and anything else we needed. Communication with her was very timely and effective. She doubled as our real estate agent and was patient and kind in working with us. And although we did not buy a house, it wasn't because she did not try!! Saw many houses and nothing jumped out at us so we did not buy anything but would not hesitate to recommend to her to anyone who wanted to buy a house in the Phoenix area. Overall, we had a great 5-week stay here and would go back here if we were staying in the area again... Thanks Tiffany!!!
