We're genuinely sorry your arrival was disrupted by the water issue and that maintenance took so long to respond—that's not the experience we want for our guests. We appreciate you pointing out the maintenance concerns, including the mildew in the toilets, the gas fireplace being off, and the locked circuit breakers. These are issues we're addressing immediately with our team. You're absolutely right that basic kitchen essentials like pot holders, foil, and plastic wrap should be standard. We're adding these items now. We're also looking into the hot tub chemical balance and will include TV instructions going forward. We hope you'll give us another chance to provide the welcome you deserve.
