The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped with well manicured grassy areas and an infinity swimming pool for relaxing. There are also gazebos for hanging out with friends and a gym and community centre to unwind. Take a quick drive to the beach across the street from the property.



Richmond Estates boasts a full-service Company Store which includes a Supermarket, Pharmacy, Liquor Store and Deli. (Grocery shopping services can be provided at an additional charge).

Richmond Estates is located just off the North Coast Highway, approximately thirty minutes outside the Town of Ocho Rios, St. Ann and less than twenty minutes from the entrance to the North South Highway to Kingston.
