Wake up to the toasty aromas of freshly-brewed coffee then take your first cup out to the private balcony to savor the spectacular mountain views while the world wakes up around you. Spend the day enjoying all the amazing ski runs of the resort then come home to kick up a good fire in the gas fireplace while you simmer a delicious soup in the full kitchen. Enjoy your masterpiece over the dining table while the dishwasher takes care of those dirty dishes. Head down to the shared hot tub to take a well-deserved soak or stretch out on the living room's comfy sofa to enjoy a good DVD movie on the flatscreen TV with plenty of buttered popcorn and glasses of delicious wine.

You'll have a great hike on Yampa River Core Trail, three miles away, and you can fish, bike, and walk along the boardwalk of Rotary Park Board Walk. Café Diva and The Paramount are both walking distance from the home any time you need a break from the kitchen. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
