Want to enjoy the peace & quiet of a Bayfront setting, but still have easy access to Ocean City's exciting downtown area and the Beach? Escape to a spacious 3-BR, 2.5-BA bay front condo between 11th and 12th street. The condo is in walking distance to the Ocean City Boardwalk and beach (4 Blocks). The condo sleeps 8 and is thoughtfully designed with vacation rental guest in mind. This property is located on the 2nd floor allowing for perfect views of the Bay.
The property features 2 furnished Balconies, one with a wonderful view where you can sit back with a drink and watch the boats go by and the other with a view of the pool and the ocean in the distance. Inside you will find a comfortable living and dining area with everything you need for an easy vacation. There is a lovely kitchen that is fully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and bar stool seating. Additional luxuries include free High Speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV's in living room and all 3 bedrooms, DVD player in the living room, Central A/C, Full Washer/Dryer, Jetted Tub in Master Bathroom, and 2 Parking Space (1 covered space is available). The building has an elevator and a pool.
Located on 12th street, guest have the convenience of walking to and from their favorite restaurants, shops and attractions. Nearby restaurants include Pickles Pub, Four Seasons Pizza, Fish Tales, Layton's Family Restaurant, Candy Kitchen & more. This location makes it easy to enjoy Ocean City's many year-round events that take place at the Boardwalk & Inlet areas, such as Springfest, Sunfest, Cruisin, and White Marlin just to name a few!!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Due to local laws and HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This is a family rental.

This property is a weekly rental from May 1st till September 1st, minimum 7 night stay!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had amazing stay. Even with a little hiccup, it was resolved and Alexandra took care of it as soon as she could. Place is very clean, pool was perfect, and short distance to the beach. The bayside view was our families favorite. We will definitely be renting from them again.

Another Happy OC summer getaway

Alexandra was easy to communicate with and the condo was great. Everything was clean, easy to access and spacious. The back balcony that overlooks the bay/harbor was particularly tranquil and a wonderful place to start your day or unwind at night. Would definitely rent again!

Immaculately clean

Loved this condo!!! Everything was very nice and clean! I was walking barefoot and astonished by how there was no dirt on the bottom of my feet! Loved the layout, open concept style and how the master bedroom was on the opposite side of the other bedrooms! The back view of the bay was beautiful and peaceful with the birds, boats, etc. Quiet and very peaceful! We are looking forward to our next visit in June!!! Thank you for your hospitality and kindness in our experience staying here!!

Gorgeous on the bay!

Our family of five stayed here for a short vacation. The condo is an easy four block walk to the boardwalk for easy access to all the action. Our teens could come and go freely on their own, giving parents some space as well. Also just far enough away from the action for peace and quiet, the deck overlooking the marina with gorgeous sunset views. Very bright and clean, we can’t wait to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here last week!! I can be fairly particular and I loved everything about our stay here. The condo was spacious, well kept, clean, stocked and provided us with the perfect accommodations for our beach trip. The morning views on the back balcony were amazing. The pool, while small, was perfect and clean! The parking accommodations were easy to navigate and well lit. The short walk to the beach/ boardwalk was very doable! We loved having the beach chairs, sand cart and umbrella available for use. I felt very safe here for myself and teenagers. The binder with menus was a nice touch! Communication with owners was timely and helpful! Check in was efficient and smooth. WiFi worked well for those who might be working remotely. The location overall was convenient. We enjoyed early morning walks on the boardwalk to get fresh donuts from Quickies! I’d absolutely recommend this spot to friends/ family.

You Need to Rent this Spot!!!!

This place was AMAZING!!! It was perfect for our family of 6. Having the extra half-bath to compliment the other full guest bath was perfect. Plus, the 1.5 guest baths were not in either of the guest bedrooms which made access to them very convenient. The master bedroom with attached master bath was on the opposite side of the condo, away from the other 2 bedrooms, which was also perfect. Double sinks in the master was great- and the tile stand-up shower was terrific, just like being at home!The condo came with access to 5 high quality beach chairs. These are not your cheap 10 ones from Walmart. They are Tommy Bahama with wide arm rests and shoulder straps, making it simple to carry to the beach, which was only 3 blocks away. We brought our own wagon to haul our stuff to the beach. The place has a cart for guests to use. We did not use it. The condo is right on the bay, so the views from the back balcony were fantastic.So many places in walking distance from the condo. We walked to several places not on the boardwalk which were only 2-3 blocks away. Big fans of Papi's Tacos Ocean City on 15th and Philadelphia. A great sit-down Mexican spot w/full bar!!We can't stop talking about what a great trip we had and Alexandra (host) was great to work with. Super responsive to our questions and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.If our plans take us to Ocean City, MD, we will definitely rent this condo again!

Stop looking!

If you need a 3-bedroom place for your Ocean City vacation, do yourself a favor, stop looking and just book this one. The property was very clean and well appointed. It comes with everything you need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for the little ones, and most importantly, a beach cart to haul it all. The walk to the beach/boardwalk is very short – don’t let the fact that this property is situated on the bay side get in the way. The views of the marina from the balcony are wonderful. The pool was a pleasant surprise. It seemed better than the photos. Overall, wonderful stay!

Clean condo, great location!

The condo was even nicer in person than it was in photos. Very clean, everything was as described. There was a little pool that was perfect when we didn’t want to pack up for the beach. The beach and boardwalk are both in walking distance as well as numerous restaurants. Alexandra was extremely responsive and helpful with any of our questions. I would highly recommend her condo to any family or friends looking to stay in the area and hope to be back myself!

Weekend Vacation with Friends

Would recommend to anyone to stay at this rental. From start to finish the process was simple and the stay was nothing less than exceptional. With six of us total, there was plenty of space for us to have our own room and privacy, as well as, plenty of space and seating in the kitchen, living room, and balconies (with great views!). The condo was very clean and organized and directions for check-in and check-out was simple. The only downside, if I had one, would be some of the neighbors and feeling like you’re being “watched”. Most of the people in the building we found out are full-time residents/owners so we can understand their curiosity at times. The best way we handled it was to say hello, have conversation with neighbors when appropriate, and respect their stay, as well. Overall, excellent stay and we look forward to booking again in the future!

Perfect girl’s getaway

This place was probably the cleanest place I’ve ever rented! You can tell that the owners take pride in their rental property. Everything was clean and organized. There was a slight issue with getting in, but the owner responded pretty quickly. I wish the weather could have been better so we could have enjoyed the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the whole condo was very calm and beautifully decorated. I would definitely stay here again!

Winter Getaway

We come down with our family every year for the St Patrick’s Day festivities. This place was wonderful. Very spacious and clean. The view was gorgeous, even with the wind and rain :). It was so very helpful that the linens were provided. It was also stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, and laundry detergent. There were even sand toys and a wagon for warmer weather. This was a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely book it again!
