Take an easy stroll to the QuickSilver Super Chair each morning, and come home to soothe your tired limbs in one of the outdoor hot tubs.
This condo boasts an open floor plan that makes it easy to gather, and the distribution of rooms allows plenty of privacy for each guest. Pick up groceries on your way home, prepare a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen, and cozy up to the gas fireplace afterward for a good movie with family and friends.
Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Main Street Station is one of the closest properties to the QuickSilver Super Chair and the Maggie Base Area at the foot of Peak 9. On the grounds, you'll find world-class amenities that include a heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, quick and easy parking for one vehicle in the underground garage, and a seasonal shuttle service. The property also features several restaurants, shops, and even a full-service ski and snowboard rental facility. Leave your car securely parked and stroll through downtown to find everything from coffee shops to fine dining, massages, and independent boutiques.
In the winter months, spend your days skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, dog sledding, fly fishing, or taking gondola or sleigh rides. Go ice skating at Stephen C. West Ice Arena, or find free sledding at places like Carter Park and Pavilion and Fraction Drive. The Runway sledding hill on Airport Road even offers a sled shed, where the kids can easily borrow a sled for an afternoon of fun.
Come summer, tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club, take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. Mountain bikers have access to spectacular national forest trails right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, and there are guided whitewater rafting and horseback riding adventures to take advantage of as well. Things to Know There is no air conditioning. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Laundry - Washer/Dryer are available as a shared amenity for the building.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 5.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Really enjoy this property. Second time here and have it reserved for next year again. Perfect location. Walking distance to lift, ski school and Main Street. Also really like having full sized washer and dryer in the unit. Bedroom is huge with 2 queens and still room for blow up toddler bed.

A Great Week
This condo is in a location with a view of the mountains as well as Maggie Pond. You can’t beat that. With the recent renovations, this property delivers in a big way. You will enjoy the views, amenities and location.

Located Conveniently next to peak 9 close to lifts. No shortage of good restaurants and bars around the area. I'd definitely stay here again when coming back to Breck.

Updated condo, great location
We enjoyed our summer stay and the location was great for exploring Breckenridge. We appreciated the garage parking and access to the pool/hot tubs. Other folks staying at this complex complained of noise outside at night, but this unit faces the stream which was lovely and we slept wonderfully. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Fall time stay!
The entire reservation and stay were seamless and the cleanliness and professionalism was outstanding.
This was my 2nd stay at this property through Vacasa and I couldn't be happier both times.
I recomend this property in the heart of Breckenridge and Vacasa as highly as I can.

Great location

Beautiful, modern, well located
This 2 bedroom is top floor and top notch. Everything is clean and modern, kitchen is well equipped and beds are super comfortable. We loved the location and the views and never needed our car while staying here. Walk to everything, including a concert at Riverwalk Cener. We will be returning to this exact condo !

Breckenridge Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay! The best location in Breck! Easy walking around town, lots of shopping, restaurants and breweries! Hot tub after a horseback ride was the best! Underground parking on the grounds was fantastic as well! Condo was very nice and not much to change it besides a more comfortable bed! But it’s not home! Would definitely stay here again in the future!
